Calesthenics, even basics like push-ups and stuff. Maybe invest in a pull up bar. Once the basics become easy do harder variations, can add weights with stuffing backpack with textbooks ahahha (I used to do that when I was younger)
bro after an entire month you lifted heavy ass weights for your bodyweight (I only talk about calisthenics because it's what I only do) In 3 weeks without hitting the gym I lost almost 35%of my strenght
