Hey I had a question So basically I had a grade 1 ankle sprain well at least I think grade 1 // I didn’t get it checked out //but yeah it happened 5 weeks ago but ever since the 4th week of it healing sometimes when I step down or if I’m sitting in bed and move my ankle I feel a very painful pain in my ankle I was wondering if this is normal // I did start walking on it 1 min after it happened /// I did it while jumping stuff
