WOW! She looks amazingly beautiful! She definitely doesn’t have to wear make-up to look good. She has natural beauty. Not a lot of women can pull that off. Brilliant voice. The queen of Rock!!! Long live the queen 🏰👸
- Blythe the book she wrote with Nancy, Kicking and Dreaming, has an audiobook version available at googleplay. She doesn’t just have a godly singing voice, but also a heavenly speaking voice. You should get it.
Ann has been my favorite female singer since the first time I saw her on the old Captain and Tennile show! Her and Nancy blew me away... I have always wanted to meet her but never have. I count anyone that knows her extremely lucky and wish her the best in everything she does!! My feelings for her have never waned or diminished, Hell, I've even had dreams of meeting her, lol... Im 61 this year but the feeling still lives... Ann you are the greatest and you will always be my Queen...
Ann I've loved you since I was 14 now I am 58 I adore your lyrics & your powerhouse voice!!!! Plus, your a beautiful lady, inside & out. Ann,I'm sure your aura is warm & bright Also I'm a huge Zeppelin fan & I love how you & sissy perform those tunes to perfection!!! No other band can do that, Ann,plus your sexy. I'm a chick no,not gay or even bi but you can still think another female is sexy ...Why not? It's 2019 JC!!! I like to listen to hear your voice,it's soft & sweet. STRONG VOICE I CANNOT GET ENOUGH OF HEARING ANN!!!! Proves, you need not wear revealing outfits to succeed. ROCK ON LOVELY ANN!!!!🦋🦋🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
As Led Zeppelin fan may I say this lady (Ann) is all that glitter is gold and she has a stair to heaven. Rock On queen of light, take that bow before you turn to go.
Even more pretty without make up I feel the same.of course I feel that way about most all women. But being a 70s gal for the most part she seems in her natural element without make up to me
As we, from the 1950s grow old, we still can look at beautiful women, like Ann Wilson, and remember our younger years. I was in college in Washington State when I first heard Heart. They were a local bar band from Seattle. Of course we listened to them on KZOK and KISW FM stations in Seattle. Ah YES, Wonderful memories of their music and all of the girlfriends from college and the 70s...........................YEAH BABY!!!!!!
Ann is just one of those women that is naturally gorgeous, still, into her 60s. Don't ya just hate her? LOL 😄 I don't think many singers have such amazing control of their vocals, then and now, after decades. She's just, wow!! Love ya, girl. Keep rockin'.
Bobby Butler One of my music idols growing up, Ann Wilson is beyond phenomenal. She's still so gorgeous and talented, and has shown time and again that the QUEEN still reigns. She is nothing short of amazing. Her singing is legendary, of course, but I have to be honest... I've always envied her sultry speaking voice. 😊
Ann i am probably 1 of the older people on here that grew up listening to you and Nancy or Heart and I still love ya'alls music and voices you all still kick ass and Rock. Love you guys . Sincerely Randy Worrell. Ps I still would love to see you all in concert
Saw her live for grand opening of the emp and she was better live then on album, so amazing I have never forgot that day. I would love to meet her she seems like a very authentic unique soul. 🧡🎼
sweet darlin' unchained melody love hurts from their live album are my absolute favorites; still listen to 'em to this day!!! I wish I could bring this much joy to people's lives by singing and playing music... such a gift!!!
When I heard Alone for the first time and I heard you and Nancy I thought: My God, that voice does not exist and the entire ensemble was in that moment that I fell in love with the band for the 1st time after came These Dreams and others .. Ann Congratulations by your beautiful voice and I when I feel Alone I can not tire of hearing it .. God bless you for the human being that you are also for your beautiful voice ..Kisses
She's actually 69, going on 70. She was born June 19, 1950. She is one month younger than my father, May 12th, 1950. Ann Dustin Wilson. Her dad was also born the same year as my dad's dad, 1928, who is now 90. But Ann's father passed at 77. I am 37, and love their music from the 70s and 80s and they are great role models to young girls - so classy. They say they will soon go back to the 70s sound. They ROCK!
She sounds like a really good person who’s just rock solid, grateful, and kind. Always loved her voice, but damn, I respect the hell out her now. Bravo!!
This posting is beautiful. Thank you. Been looking at lots of the more recent uploads of Heart. Look closely, both Ann & Nancy look so good, show so much love & smiles that they glow.
I have seen Heart many times and the Love Mongers, I am blown away everytime I hear Ann and Nancy play, I have seen literally 1000s of concerts and when I think about all of them Ann and Nancy rocked out the hardest! I have always been a huge fan I remember hearing them on the radio when I was 8 playing Barracuda for the first time and I was just in awe, many years later my son also became a fan he found them himself when he was 7 hes 22 now and still loves Heart
I first found Heart around 1974. I was totally in love with their sound! I was 14 yrs old at the time and couldn't get enough of those girls. Many years later, I was fortunate enough to catch a show during Bad Animals tour at Oklahoma City's Zoo Ampitheatre. They had, without a doubt, the best sound mix I have ever heard live! It was perfect. I've been to some shows that had a terrible mix. Heart was electrifying and by the end of show Ann sounded like she was just getting warmed up. Wilson sisters are a national treasure!
While my live was pritty meshed and fucked up last year, I lissened a lot to Your music.Specialy to "Love alive".Now I lissened to You talking in the intro of this number I am even touched more by it.Anne and of course Nancy and the rest of the band, from the bottom of my Heart.........Thank You!!!With love from the Netherlands
I’m 55 now..I’ve been in love with Ann since I was ten In 1975 From Dreamboat Annie to today in 2020. Love you Ann and that damn Jet airliner voice you possess. Dang girl....I hope you have a wonderful New year sweetheart.
Wow.. Where do I start. Seeing this clip of Ann, my #1 woman of rock (Robert Plant my #1 guy), will have to be a highlight of my life. When I was 19, in 1978, I was in the Indian Ocean, on a 6 month patrol, in the US Navy. I had Dreamboat Annie, and Little Queen, and dreamed of one day, seeing them live. I was on the bottom bunk, the middle bunk's bottom, just inch's above my head. On that piece of grey metal, I had plastered Ann's pictures everywhere (and Nancy too), thanks to mag's like "Rolling Stone". It was them and their music, that kept me from going insane. There was a song called, "Treat Me Well", that I"m sure, the tape on that cassette, was stretched to the limits of analog sound. I never imagined that one day, I'd get to see them in concert, in Portland Oregon (Bad Animals Tour), and that we'd have a computer, that helped us stay in touch. Ann Wilson, your voice is a gift to the world of Rock! BTW.. The Avatar is of my two daughters, one blonde and one brunette. I have a picture of them, done up in make-up. I call it my "Heart" picture!...LOL.. You guys keep up making music, because you have fans around the world, for LIFE!
saw Heart at the George Kline Christmas concert in Memphis back in the 70's as a teen. There was an ice storm the night of the concert at the old fairgrounds and there were only a handful of people there to see the show but we were lucky enough to be able to walk there and see them. They laughed and played like it was a full audience and as a teen, I was captivated by Ann's beauty and voice
What a voice! Saw her a few days ago at The Peace Center. It was "my first time" and she brought the house down singing "Barracuda." She's the real deal and a class act.
Yes! I will see her for the 1st time on her Love Alive Tour Aug. 28th in Phoenix, AZ. I don't care if it is 120 degrees outside. Much love from Tucson! I am 37, born in 1980, and teach my daughter about all their rock songs, from the 70s, too, as she plays guitar, violin and vihuela. I told her about Nancy's Silver Wheels.
Tremendous voice and tremendous lady .... I saw heart every time they came to my city... I just have one question for Ann .... how do I get YOU alone 😂
What hits.....To be able to sing these songs night after night is amazing. Great music throughout the decades and still doin it. Thank you for the Magical connection. I ve always loved the name... ❤.....Thanx Nancy & Ann..Keep safe and keep ROCKIN!!
I love this woman...I´ve been a drummer for over three decades and If I ever had the opportunity to pick one band to play with, it would be Heart by all means...(yes...I´ve always been a dreamer...). Saw them in Vancouver years ago and I just couldn´t believe to be there just a few meters away from the stage and enjoy watching live this incredible band I´ve been listening to for thirty years... Ann´s voice is the perfect combination of vocal technique, power and feeling...she always has sung her heart off...
Finally got fulfill my lifelong dream of seeing and hearing one of the greatest singers of all time at the Gallo Theater in Modesto, CA. The show was breathtaking, and Ann was at her best, but the crowd were like zombies. Glad to hear people singing along to these songs, which are so classic, and not a single Dianne Warren POS to be heard. Just Ann singing her heart out. I tried my best to be as stoic as the rest of the audience, but when they did "Danger Zone" I couldn't stop myself! I sang it louder than the sound system, and all the old fuckers around me griped, much to my delight. I couldn't understand why these folks had paid so much to have front row seats and have no soul in them. It was a truly unforgettable experience to hear Ann sing from her soul and not have to perform any of those monstrous Dianne Warren songs from the 80s. Ann, if you ever take the time to read these things, please know YOU ARE LOVED and have inspired many. You are the only girl I've ever even considered marrying, but I'm so happy you finally opened your heart to love again and have a husband. You are the best. I must say, though, that Susan Tedeschi does a better "Danger Zone", but I was thrilled beyond words to hear you sing it.
X S I understand what you mean, but this is why I want people to shut up and let me listen when I see my favorite band/singers--I paid to hear Ann Wilson sing; not a bunch of tone-deaf fans. Ruins the experience for me when some drunken asshole stands up shouting out the lyrics.
Man I was so into Heart in the late 70's & early 80's when I was in junior high. This video reignited my love for them. I'm going to put on Little Queen right now!
After all these decades (53yrs old this March) I AM now finding MY OWN VOICE! Thank you for the inspiration, authenticity, bad-assery, kick ass AWESOMENESS! I love you sista! Any words of advice/wisdom for a woman finally allowing herself to sing and play flute and guitar outside of her bedroom? Aloha from Colorado!
