One of the best songs from one of the best engineered/produced albums of all time. Get the original 1993 master of this CD (August and everything after).
August and Everything After by the Counting Crows was the first record I ever bought for myself. Real nice cover here y’all have done. I still love this record as much or more than I did when I first heard it 30 years ago or so.
Great song and a great cover. I always dedicated this song to my twin boys. It's hard to explain love and that's what this song is about. " Every time she sneezes, I believe its love" only parents can feel this kind of love
Andrew, Your mix for Joe's kit sounds great! :)))))) I was hoping to find Joe on the web to look up his set-up (or at least find out which cymbals he used during the recording)....but unfortunately couldn't find him. Any chance if Joe would consider adding his kit details to the next video upload? :) - Leigh
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. Cymbals are Paiste Masters 14" Dark Hats, 17" & 19" Dark Crashes and 22" Crisp Ride. Kick is 22" Slingerland, Toms are Gretsch Renown Maple 12" & 16", and snare is a Gretsch 6.5x14 10L Maple.
Wow!! This band kills Crows covers! My only critique is the covers are too literal but man they sound amazing! I would like to see a little more creativity with the arrangements(while keeping the melody intact)but that's just a preference i have with covering other people's work. It doesn't mean i don't like what they do. In fact i like their work a lot. Great job as usual.....❤
