A quick video showing a stand I made for my Annie Annealer that holds the case while it anneals. I'm quite happy with this product as it gets rid of the flame, but doesn't break the bank.
I made the handle out of 1x3, then drilled a hole for the pivot point in both the table and handle. Then I just ran a bolt through with washers on both sides, and a washer in between the handle and table. A nylon lock nut on the through-bolt works well since you don't have to tighten it down to make it stay in place. The spring is provided by a rubber band that is twisted to length/tension. I also put a standalone screw to act as a stop.
