You can absolutely complain. It doesn't mean you're not grateful or that you don't love your kids. Being a special needs parent is incredibly difficult, and if you don't vent sometimes, you'll explode. I'm glad you've opened up about CTSD. You dont need to suffer in silence! Anyone with a brain can see you love your kids. ❤

Griffin is such a handsome little man. That smile makes me smile. Wow that’s a lot in one day . I agree with you it’s too much medicine for a little boy. I feel overwhelmed just seeing your video. I can only imagine how you must feel . I’ve been there too , crying, lost , overwhelmed , scared and nervous of the outcome. You are a remarkable super mom.

I'm so glad she's opened up a little about her chronic traumatic stress disorder (CTSD), because as much as she seems to keep it together, having even one child with special needs is genuinely anxiety-provoking on a daily basis, and no one should have to deal with that in silence. I haven't seen a video of theirs in a couple months, and Griffin has shocked me with his improvement!!!

Dont say that its stupid that you are fearful or scared feeling what you feel is never stupid. Griffin is your precious son who faces so many challenges. Its normal where your kids are concerned

What i have found working with Angel kiddos,, when an AAC gets introduced and for i’d say the first 6 months to a year, they tend to gain comfortability in their new device and will REFUSE words. Once they realize the device is more of a crutch and not their only form of communication, their words come back!! Its frustrating and it hurts my heart to see a mom/dad get upset over it. Just keep working in ABA on using his device for mands and work on it in speech, he’ll do just fine ❤

Your videos asome. You are so tuff and it is hard being a special needs parent and having yo figure out what your kids need when they can not talk. 😢Keep up the great work 😂

My client before my last teen court client had FAS. I'm on the autism spectrum, dyslexic, and I'm hard of hearing, and I also have ADHD, OCD, and SPD. So i know what it is like on both sides of the fince.

I don't want to be a troll but I am wondering if he has teeth issues again and since he is non verbal he can't say that his mouth hurts. I remember a couple of years ago that when he was stopping eating and was having more behavioral problems that he had a bad tooth just a thought

Why don't you ask for Griffin to be on a feeding tube? I had one when I was a baby and they gave me another one when I had my second bowel surgery. The first one would be for Griffin because it is for kids.

Use your words with Griffin. It's not okay 4 him 2 hit anyone & you don't say anything. Get on his level, cha ge your tone & tell him No, we don't hit. Do it everytime & he'll eventually catch on especially if there's consequences..
