Ideas into Reality’ is our core belief. We Conceptualised to convert the idea of ‘Learning to Fly’ into a realistic project of engaging the audience with visual impact of an Airplane & convey the message of enhancing skills (LEARNING) & kick start the journey to a successful flight (to FLY)
From the first step into the venue to the exit spanning over 10,000 Sqft, we created customised props depicting the various parts of an airplane thereby constantly giving the audience a visual impact & connecting to the central idea. A 1400 Sqft of Visual display system was set up in the auditorium with an audience of 1500+. Creating a depiction of the Theme, Logo was suspended from air at 20 feet, Lifesize Operational Side Wings for Registration Counter, Landing Gears for Directional Signages, flights made of origami for Pathway, Photo-Ops & flight Simulator for audience engagement & managing Demo PODs for sponsors & partners, Rewards & Recognition segment, Employee Talent Contest, Customising LEADERSHIP act, a Musical Band performance were all created & managed to the dot.
