Thank you for this. I am in my recovery process right now. This made me want to try doing jogs. My main symptom of anxiety is shortness of breath. Feeling the "need" to get a deep breath and often I can't and when I can't fear kicks in and makes me try it harder and when it still doesn't work I get a panic attack..... When I calm down it gets easier but once my mind has started to focus on my breathing, I can't seem to stop and it leads to so much anxiety. 😬 My main issue at the moment. I will keep on pushing forward tho.

Your videos have helped me so much. It’s incredible to hear the journey you’ve been on. This time last year my agoraphobia was the worst it had been in a long time and now I’m working part time in aged care. I still get those anxious sensations but I rememeber what you said that they can’t hurt you and are completely safe🙏🏻

Thank you so much Sarah. Congratulations on your recovery getting to a place where you are able to work part-time. Be grateful to yourself for that. You are absolutely completely safe 1000000% 😄😄💪🏾🙏🏾

Hi Sara thank you very much your words mean a lot. You keep going even right now if you don't feel too much different I guarentee in time you will. It took me 5 months. Which is actually very quick considering I was a very severe case and had this crap for 10 years 🤣 stay on the path try avoid spending hours and days in the house ok. I never let more than a day go past. I was out there learning to relive again.

Great to see you back Glenn! I'm 80% recovered and I still have an awful strong feeling of dread and fear that something is going to throw a spanner in the works. I really think that severe anxiety sufferers view their condition as absolutely horrific and they find it very difficult to get into the , 'its only anxiety ' mindset... Mine feels like utter madness and insanity... Keep safe pal...

Do you think walking would work too, just walking longer distances? I know I need to get my fitness up but my agrophobia and stuck at home eating has made me too heavy to run ugg
