@@fathersonoutdoors8049 awesome! Thank you for the reply. Landing in tomorrow from Gig Harbor with the 30ft green hulled "fish Pig" for 4 days of butt hunting. Will keep the tip in mind, and hoping wind dies down Saturday.
@zacharymartin615 oh nice! The spot I've been fishing in the videos has been pretty lights out. There were smaller fish this last week. Hopefully the bigger fish show back up
Awesome video thanks for sharing it’s all nice to dads teach there kids how to fish the right way that how I did with my kids I would love to go out there and do that but I’m not sure about my 17 1/2 aluminum boat would handle the weather out there I did sequin one to Hines bank and it was scary on the way back
@@fathersonoutdoors8049 how far do you go for halibut I hear people say garbage dump is far I know Neah bay is native property I know it belongs you you guys can I launch my boat from there I’m a disabled veteran so i would need like a dock for my boat to tie up them find parking is it hard or can you take people out fishing and how much do you charge thanks for your input
@carlossales8710 i do not take people out fishing right now. I was fishing at the garbage dump here in this video so it isn't very far. Big salmon is the place you'd go to for boat moorage. I know with salmon season opening soon, things are going to get pretty busy out this way
Great video! Really enjoyed watching you and your son out there catching those halibuts. Thanks for taking the time to share. As always, #FATHER&SONOUTDOORS rocks!!!
It's something we've always done. We do it for commercial fishing, they say it will balloon up and float 🤷♂️. No one really has a honest answer why we skin it lol
