Recently I let out an emotional outburst at someone due to a myriad issues in my own life (and real stresses, not the petty things DSP considers "stress"). It was nothing compared to what DSP recently did, but I still was mad at myself for how I acted, and when I apologized to the person, I made it clear that I was 100% in the wrong and made ZERO excuses for it. The person gladly accepted my apology because I not only owned up to the way I acted, but the person knows I normally don't act like that and knows what I'm going through. THIS is how to apologize to someone if you've wronged them in some way.
