Another great Canadian National led empty gondola train at Knox leaving lindenwood yard eastbound 

From July 11th, 2024. More of my favoritecanadian railroad stuff for your viewing pleasure on this lovely Thursday much like yesterday on the CN St. Louis district at church street. After seeing Amtrak 318 eastbound at Kirkwood led by a rare P42 genesis unit I had gotten a great tip earlier from my pal Scott Nauert that & also per the bnsf fort worth dispatcher too bnsf had a northbound Canadian National led empty unit gondola train coming up the river sub towards lindenwood yard from Memphis. I went and saw it sitting at Weil Avenue near the Shrewsbury Missouri bowling alley getting a new fresh crew on so that allowed me to get several pictures if it, then I watched it depart from there then got out ahead of it and saw it again departing out of the east end of bnsf’s Lindenwood yard at 4:11 pm at the Knox avenue grade crossing near Hampton Avenue off interstate 44 on BN 32 track to grand avenue then downtown St. Louis then to the K-line at north market. Best 🇨🇦 train I’ve ever seen especially with 3 Canadian National engines leading followed by a Bnsf unit. All 4 locomotives on this train are regular Gevos. The 3rd unit is a former Citi-Rail now CN owned and operated Gevo number 2796. The 2 lead CN units my favorites are numbers 2848, and 3858. The bnsf unit is number 7319.
