Nice video but, couldn’t find a link and Google cannot find it either. Could you post it please? By the way, just finished your 101 cold smoked salmon of 4 half sides. Looked good, but think I should have cured longer as my fridge is quite cold so not much run off. But I have a Bradley smoker outside and had to time it before it rained as electric!!! Still will taste better than purchased. I did smoke some a couple of years ago in a bag, and I think I will do that one in future as I prefer the stronger cure.
