This is something I was talking about for almost a year at one point. Body posture! I suffered from upper body kyphosis so this hits home and I know the struggle Your body is the trunk. You need a correct trunk to be a good tree.
@@teletoffee5111 i get its hard for beginners to mew while having their mouth open but it takes practice. I've been mewing for 8 years and It took me 6 years to be able to mew while talking But if you want a basic tutorial, instead of using your chin as suction, use your salovitory glands instead and fake tounge piece. It also requires a very well defined jawline to begin in order to move your mouth backwards to make your salivary glands to touch your top teeth. But with practice anything is possible
I love your tips & the details you give Not everyone is so great at explaining mewing in such a helpful way I whisper .....even dr mew himself! I've been looking around for youtubers who explain mewing in the best way for me to pick it up & so far you are the one I like best
When I mew intensely, I can feel the pressure behind my maxilla in all directions. I’ve only been doing it with dedication for a week but I think it’s something I will do for the rest of my life.
He looks like model sean o pry now . He had a drastic change in his physical appearance in just one year I too would like to see his before mewing photos though
There's some comparison pictures of now and before AGGA and MSE on his website. The difference is crazy. ronaldead.com/blog/mse-86-days-84-turns-expansion-complete
This was very well thought out and articulated! Inversions are also an amazing thought I hadn’t considered before. Glad to see you having success in managing your condition, cheers!
man whatever happened to your teeths I hope you will be able to get it fixed. I discovered mewing and started it around 3 months ago, I am fortunate to have perfect teeths but my face melts, have no jawline and zero forward growth due to tongue not on the roof of mouth and and had a open mouth most of the time. So it is a bit suprising for me to see you have perfect jawline and great side profile but some how teeths are off. I am suprised to see some results in 3 months despite not mewing properly for most of the time and am 27 years old. Again, carry on and good luck to your mewing journey :))
That idea of a pulling upward imaginary force is something taught in ballet to the dancers to teach them balance from the toes to the top. I heard that it was also taught to band students.
Bro Mckenzie chin tuck is proven wrong because your spine starts from your pelvic. Develop your core, back, shoulder and neck muscles to keep your spin and pelvic in their place. Just tucking your chin only worsens it. Just like how tongue which is muscle designed to support your upper palate. Your neck, back and shoulder muscles are there to support your spin and pelvic bone. Hit the gym and you can't slouch even if you try.
I love how he sounds like a 1960s new york beat poet. anyway, this is not only a key to mewing, but my neck was thick and sunken in my body and after practising this along with mewing and yoga, I am two inches taller. No word of a lie. Do it.
Hey, I got a question, sir. If you know, can you tell me what's going on with your mouth? I see that your mouth makes asymmetric movements during speech, as in your right lips don't extend as far from the center as your left lips when pulling them apart naturally. I'm currently reluctant to associate that observation with a skeletal imbalance from improper potsure.
Recently I've noticed that some of the teeth on my lower jaw start to hurt when I push my tounge really hard in my palate and chin tuck. Is this normal?
Hi Ronald I’d like to know if you should try and use the Mckenzie chin tuck as frequent as possible or not, will it speed up facial/jawline improvements if you did this as many times you could in a day?
Can you do a video on the inversion table with an example specifcly to that? Thank you I have been mewing for 6 months on posture + mewing getting told I look different
Hi Ronald, I appreciate everything you do. I was wondering if you could give me some advice. I have a small gap in my front teeth, and I don’t have room to mew without putting pressure on those teeth. What should I do? I’m worried the gap will broaden if I’m placing consistent pressure on them
I just got an add on this video for a neck streacher. It seemed very much like a scam and very much like something to not buy into. I don't know so don't sue me if i'm wrong 🙈
I can't get how to gather all the saliva of the mouth in the top of the tongue without suction of the cheekbones muscles and the tongue going to the teeth. Can you help me?
When youre chin tucking even if you have your tongue in the roof of your mouth you get a double chin and. They say for mewing you need to get your skin tight. Any advice?
Im not sure about that In the vídeo he is saying that when youre in that chin tuck position you are applying much more force on the pallate but you need to be in that possition if not how are you going to make more pressure
@@alberrtogil2250 no, it's that the chin-tuck exercise will essentially help you mew more proper hence leading to more force being applied since its firmly, and perfectly placed on the hard/soft palate, get it?
@@alberrtogil2250 like u dont need to do it everyday, its unnatural and u get neck problems (I got), ur supposed to do it as an exercise to help u mew properly which leads to more force applied as progress
