About the outfit changes, it's basically just mocap, so in order to switch outfits they just change the 3D model, all the mocap and facial mapping data is still the same so it doesn't matter. This lets her change outfits on the fly, something she does in her IRL concerts quite often. Same thing with hairstyles, she can switch those up at will in real time. Now for IRL objects like the headphones, there are likely tracking markers attached to the sides of them which are then mapped to the headphone 3D model.
Yes, it's like if you have seen one of those game making behind the scene work this is kind a same here we have simple and more advance also light weight equipment for tracking, and all data goes for post processing where they sync it with model and objects.
@@Mattables Oozora Subaru was the first of the Hololive girls to do a costume change mid-concert, which really set the other girls up for being able to pull off sick transitions on stage. The last major concert they did, 3rd Fes, also played around by having the girls teleport onto the stage via a series of glowing triangles (Hololive's logo). The 3D/AR element really lends itself to a whole broad range of stage production you'd never be able to pull off as instantenously with a performer outside of a virtual space. Actually, one thing they're working on developing now is an MMORPG called HoloEarth, where the lobbies will be able to support everyone gathering together to watch virtual live performances with the girls using mocap as well.
@@Terralventhe I still find it hilarious how Subaru basically asked whether such a thing was possible, being told that it was impossible, only for one of Cover's engineers to go "Hold your horses, maybe we can", and so he did. Without that guy, we wouldn't be seeing the impressive mid-performance costume changes we now see in Hololive's concerts.

Yagoo and Cover didn't just hire entertainers, they hired people who are active and creative and like to push boundaries, like Korone wanting to do a frontflip, or Ame constantly figuring out ways to do guerilla 3D streams. The talents themselves are helping the company come up with new ideas and expand their repertoir.
yes many people performed acoustic but many people also perform pop and rock type song in the first take. but overall it's not that important whichever song you choose it has to be on just one take so suisei choose Michizure which is one of her new original song from latest 2nd album Specter which is release on January 25, 2023

Michizure is off her new album that came out last month. Also, it’s pretty much standard for artists to get 2 videos on the first take, 1 classic and 1 new song from their discography. As for acoustic versions, I believe the artists themselves get the say in how they want their performance to go. There is rarely use of vocal effects due to the limitations of 1 take, but anything else is pretty much on the table. There’s been quite a bit of vtuber music coming out recently, but I’m still recommending you check out Lip Sync by Murasaki Shion and La+ Darkness. It was the first song to come out of Hololive’s collaboration with DECO*27 and it’s really good

HoloLive is a trendsetter with many great singers, and hundreds of songs, but the larger VTuber community has tens of thousands of members, and a subset of them have their own music too. Sticking to HoloLive for a little while is a good introduction without drowning in the larger ocean of content.

That's her ONE and ONLY original in her entire Hololive career. Kiryu Coco herself is a power house in Hololive. A number of Hololive's success has been directly and indirectly credited to her.

@@Mattables Figuring the other Hololive members know best, the most common pronunciations I've heard from them, are either "Swee-say" (swee like in sweet), or like the saying the word "suici**" (self harm) , replacing the last syllable with "say". "soo-eh-say"
The song is pronounced Mee-chee-Zoo-Re. ^^ Also Suisei is not pronounced Sushi or Suzie. Suisei is pronounced Shoe-ee-Say. Suisei すいせい/彗星 means "Comet" (Which indeed is her name meaning). If you pronounced it Sushi 寿司 that become Japanese food name. 😂😂Be aware, different pronounciation of a word could lead to different meaning. As a Note : Compared to English, Japanese pronunciation is easier as it has less vowels and consonants than English does. Further, each syllable in Japanese has the same length and strength, as opposed to English where you have to be careful about which syllables to stress and speak strongly.
