Donut Operator hey man I just wanna say thank you, I was depressed and attempted suicide, but thankfully saved by my brother. After a while I found your channel and started to binge watch your content, and after a while I started to feel better and better, I watch every and all videos you've ever created and even got twitch to see your streams, but I still love your content and I'm now just getting out of basic training for the marine corp, you inspired me to join the armed forces, you've helped me through rough times and i love your content have a good night and I will catch your next stream.
Hey donut my father is super white and was pulled over with my little brother and I in the car we were 9 and 7 and when he refused to sign the ticket they had him step out put him against the truck and cuffed him. They only allowed him to sign because our mother was out of state. I still believe they were in the right.
It’s so funny to me that this person is so “Traumatized” by the incident. He explained as plain as day signing is not an admission of guilt is a promise you’ll take are of the matter in court or though other means. It’s clear also that this person was only upset she got a ticket and not a warning. She even says wow to the Sgt. who happens to be a supervisor to his department. How does someone going 15 miles over the speed limit have the nerve to ask for a warning. In Texas if you don’t have a drivers license and are going 15 mph or over you can get the vehicle towed just for that so........yeah. The even funnier part of his video is when he request her signature she says I will not be signing that and then thanks him sarcastically even after he said her signature was not an admission of guilt. Don’t people realize without there signature how does the officer prove in court it was you he stopped if you don’t sign the ticket? Donut Op your awesome!! Love your videos. Makes me laugh all the time because I run into incidents like these when ever I’m out in the streets as well. Keep fighting the good fight sir.🇺🇸💯
RMZ life exactly and donuts videos and others like it are helping prove that it’s all bullshit and they can stop blaming all their problems on racism. It’s not racism, they just want to cry racism so everyone boo hoo’s for them
@Pierre Williston dude, it's so hard to take you seriously. Like I thought that cop haters comparing the police to nazis was just a cliché thing that never happened outside of satire.
"When I saw the police I was immediately afraid" Oh, so you admit *you PRE JUDGED THEM AS RACIST* before they even got out of the cruiser. How open minded and tolerant of you.
RWBimbie it's not that it's either the internet scaring her our like most of my cases the cops are dicks who either belittle you or are looking for a reason to hurt you
Bigboss... are you saying its ok to stereotype and PRE JUDGE ALL of a group because its factual that some of that group exhibit the stereotype trait? Lets test that idea with other groups to see if its evil & wrong: _~Since SOME cops & chicago blacks really are murderers its OK to prejudge ALL cops & chicago blacks.~_ ... huh.. lookit that.. turns out that IS *evil & wrong to prejudge ALL even when some ARE wrongdoers*
+r r Well, you wouldn't remember because you aren't immortal. But the Emancipation Proclamation was signed by Lincoln on January 1st, 1863. You know, that thing that freed more than 3 million slaves in the Confederate states? The 19th century is also known as the 1800s.
r r May 10, 1861 - War breaks out in between the North (Union) and the South (Confederates) For the next 4 years the country will be engulfed in a bloody war. Why were they fighting? They were fighting over one. Main. Thing. Slavery. It wasn’t till December of 1865 that slavery was made illegal (i.e. abolished through the 13th amendment). That means that before that time, slavery was a common enough practice for there to be a law made about it. And a war fought over it. In 1860, 4 million slaves were living in America. This was around when slavery was at its peak. Keep in mind that all of these dates are from around the same period in the 19th century.
Except that really wasn't a thing. I'm not saying that slaves were not disciplined and that includes beatings, but there would be no sense in beating a slave to death. Typically these Farmers had thousands of dollars wrapped up in the slaves just in purchase. For an example look to Modern farmers and their livestock. How many times do you see a modern farmer beat a horse or cow to death because it wondered off?
Scottius Maximus the emancipation proclamation actually didnt free and slaves becuase it was established during the civil war and the confederate states didnt abide by the u.s laws.
“Every African American has experienced this at least one or even 10 times.” I haven’t. I’m African American. I follow the laws. I’m serve my country. I’m an soldier in the army and a cadet up at my local sheriffs office in Virginia. These people gotta learn to just obey the laws. There’s no reason to be afraid of police at all. Today’s people are insane
Andre Money I've experienced it WAAAAAAAY more than 100 times...from other blacks. I can barely count on two hands the racist I've received from whites as compared to blacks.
It's the mindset of people not being want to account for their own actions. I'm a safe driver not so much as a speedting ticket in teh last 20 years.... but there was a time when I was younger that I sped...... and you know what, rather than wast time arguing with the cop, I simply states what I was doing, and if I was over I took my warning or citation and if I wanted to contest it I'd go to court. There were times when I was wrong , I knew I was wrong and I just paid my fine and went on with my life..... there have been times in fact when I was lucky, was pulled over by an Ohio state trooper on the interstate when passing through and I was speeding, this was back in 95-96 sometime... when he asked me if I knew how fast I was going I was honest even, " I don't know officer, my speedometer stops at 90".... I took the speeding citation, prepaid it and went on with my life. I get to use the citation as a joke about my younger dumber self, not something to spin for a victim narrative.... I wasn't a victim of anything but myself being rash and young. But that is the problem with many these days. When they make mistakes they don't want to own up, they don't want to imrpove themselves... when they fuck up they just want to deflect blame on others, because nothing is there fault and they are just "victims" of a system out to get them. They will never grow as people because they have been taught that the don't have to by their peers.
You're both incapable of remembering, looking up and writing down numbers or any combination thereof, because multiple times in the video you can hear the cop say that was going 70 and speed limit is 55. That's 15 over the speed limit. Not 20. Especially not 25. I suppose if your stupid comments were left to fester undisturbed, eventually some even dumber nuts would claim this dumb woman broke the speed of sound. Surely it's no coincidence that when people like you get such numbers wrong, be it a pedophilia-allegation or just a traffic stop, you mysteriously err in a way that makes it look even worse than it actually is.
He was polite and was doing his job. She didn't even consider the fact he had his body camera on before she started to spin her web of lies. We are thankful for these body cameras. They not only protect us, but also the officers put in these kinds of situations. He didn't even give her a ticket for driving while on her phone. People like her gets people killed on the road.
I have a black "friend" who's worse than this. I don't know why I'm friends with them they basically hate white people think we're all racist and that victim narrative bullshit. Afraid of everyone with a uniform. It's pathetic.
Gobby Prick Actually, I have that similar black "friend" too. She was from my 7th grade class. Whenever I scroll through my fb news, I typically see her posts ranting either something about racism, victimization(most common), trying to label every white person "racist", or simply bashing cops. Also, FYI, apparently, she has a major obsession with Black or African history, and would get mildly upset when her "white" professors mention something negative about blacks.
I am Cherokee. My grandfather told my father to be polite and respectful to LEO. My father taught me. I taught my sons. My sons taught their sons. None of these 5 generations have had any problems with LEOs.
Michael Matthews fuck I at’ed the wrong person my bad brother let me make make that comment. I must’ve clicked your name when I went back to find the time stamp. I’m a goof
I'm black and I've never been pulled over. I am, however, in contact with law enforcement on a weekly basis. All good experiences. So I don't know what she is talking about.
Maccabee Luke 22:36 Same, these idiots are embarrassing us. However even though she's lighter skin tone then they'll say we aren't 'black' because of this.
Watching this 5 years later as a life-long Virginia resident and I'm laughing so hard she literally was trying to get someone in trouble for absolutely no reason!!!! She deserved the ticket she got!!!!
@No Go yep i agree. however i do believe it would be impossible to have a huge organisation who's officers hold a fairly high amount of power over people to be completley free of the bad apples
@No Go Same here. I absolutely despise how annoying trump can be at times, but you can't deny that the man gets results. If he can shut up for once he would be a pretty decent leader.
We can look at her and see who and what she stands for. Nothing in the end for her except to poison younger minds which leads to much trouble for them.
Black male, 20 years old. Never felt threatened when pulled over cause i comply to orders 🤷🏽♂️ law is law. You were in the wrong admit up to it. If u feel like you were wronged then fight it in court. Simple 🤷🏽♂️
Agreed but I also hate that they say that but when somebody *politely* mentions what the law says about something and they ask if they’re a lawyer or went to law school. It’s all about how you say it but it makes a lot of officers mad (mainly the ones that aren’t following the law.”
I know. My grandmother was pulled over for speeding and knowing her (I mean obviously you don’t) she sped and was driving without a ticket. One thing led to another and she was arrested for speeding, driving with a suspended license, resisting an officer, and assault towards and officer like bruh my grandmother crazy
Yeah, the officer was great. He explained what she was being pulled over for, wrote out the ticket, and let her get on with her day. He was polite, calm, and explained things well. What does he get for it? Someone claiming racism and spreading lies around the internet. Gah!
@@oyyomotto45 she was arrested for it but where she went to court, she only had to pay a fine I think, I don’t remember since I was really young. She’s driven without a licence before, and yes she’s out. We’re currently trying to sue her or find a way to lock her up cause she’s crazy and abusive.
This is why your doing no favours to people especially of colour who comes across micro% of bad police officers, Shouting wolf too many times even middle of road people no longer believe or trust your storytelling, you do no good lying your ass off
when people try to explain non compliance or resistance as them being scared because we kill black people all the time I ask them, “then wouldn’t you be extra careful and comply if you’re scared of me? Wouldn’t you not want to agitate me if I was a killer?” Usually followed up with you’re a racist. I love it.
I honestly, think this may be the best comment ive ever seen. Honestly. SHAME ON YOU. SHAME ON YOU FOR BEING AN ACTIVE PARTICIPANT IN TRYING TO INCREASE RACISM. UN BELIEVEABLE
Thus the problems with Critical Race Theory AND equity, both of which are sadly designed to encourage certain races to feel lesser than others while getting boosts in life from equity instead of equality.
Meng naw shieeeiy homie dawg ayyy das rayces nahmeen. We be scared of dem pohleece cuz dey shoot bruthas like me jus fo looting, doin a lil shooting, den jus fo resisting arrest yo meng... Das rayces so we Burn Loot Murder peacefully... ... no repercussions or accountability; mortgages given to black families when they couldn't pay it back was essentially law; then the recession got a black president Obama voted in, served two terms (for most powerful country in the world); affirmative action means lower entry requirements because race and so places are given to worse performing students, and takes places from better performing (mostly Asian btw) students; aaand diversity hire... *meng yo shieeeiy it be real hard bein black mane nahmeen? shieeeeeeeiyyyy*
@@barstad-9591 Equity is broken bro, if true racial equity were done based on slavery consequences I would be held down at every opportunity despite having no slave holders in my ancestry
This woman should be embarrassed. This is why there is so much division in this country. Too many “victims” not enough people owning up to their mistakes.
if she wasn't 50 i'd call her a snow plow kid... i thought people born before 1990 knew what life was like before participation tropheys, but I guess age is just a number now and you can identify as whatever you want.... even a snow plow kid, who's worst day on this earth was the day their single parent said they can't date until they're older.
I absolutely love that body cams are everywhere now. The amount of bullshit that has been exposed as just straight up lying is astronomical. Like 95% of the "victim" crap has been exposed simply because of that little device. I always love when the full video is released and all the sudden the poor victim and their attorneys go silent 🤣🤣🤣
I think "victims" like this should have to make a public apology to the officer and their department. These "victims" only make real victims of abuse and harassment on the street.
this kind of "victims" is the mayor issue with estimating the real scale of racism around the world today... i know several people who was this kind of "victims" jealing around how everyone that don't agree with them are racist and actually not a single person that got a real racist abuse.... This kind of stuff just show the scale of how close to the real "idiocracy" we actually are.
That's a great idea. They should be forced to post the apology on their social media while owning no rights to the apology video, meaning, the police department could also share it, or anyone for that matter.
I don't like being told what to do either but when a highly trained Police Officer deals with me with honesty professionalism and integrity gives me a lawful direction to do something....I Do It
I’m black and this just makes me angry. People like that woman in the video make us look bad. The officer was just doing his job, and here she is, playing the victim.
buckplug, I think even our ancestors who lived through it would be like “wtf, what did he do?” There were non-racist people back then, so they knew that those people felt slavery was wrong and didn’t care what color your skin was.
@@SoloVoid yeah, I know theres a law that says I'm not allowed firearms on school grounds, but I didnt see any sign. And those who know me know I don't like being told what to do. So the shooting isn't actually my fault.
The racism actually started a lot earlier than the "sign the ticket" part. All she saw was a white man and a police uniform and she said as much. She couldn't even listen to his name because the color of his skin bothered her so much. All the officer did was spell out exactly what would happen if she refused to sign the ticket and he still gave her a choice. Total pro!
I wonder if she realized her video would cause enough attention to have them release the officers body cam from the interaction proving that she was just looking for attention.
@@ThumperG She'll figure out some excuse to claim the body cam itself is clearly racist because it altered the footage to fit the white man's narrative.
@@erikfrankfurt4650 she would've complied but then probably would've called him a race traitor or some other bullshit to her retarded followers. People like her are exactly like sovereign citizens but with the extra protection of claiming "muh raycism", they want all of the benefits of American and state citizenship, a state issued driver's license, and so on; but dont not, and actively refuse to abide by the rules and regulations set in place for engaging in driving or whatever they're complaining about.
As a "person of color" (half Puerto Rican) Lopez pops up when my plates are ran. I grew up in a small, rural town. I got pulled over a few years ago because I had a bench warrant for a stupid mistake I made as a teenager, which was only a citation that I never paid or went to court. They asked me to step out of my vehicle, which I did and they asked me if I knew of any outstanding warrants or anything, which I didn't because it had been a couple years ago and was only a citation. They told me what they pulled me over for and I immediately remembered, apologized profusely and then asked if it would be possible to pay that old ticket on the side of the road, which they allowed. That town is about 95% white and that was one of the best encounters with police I had ever had. I was able to pay that ticket and drive away in a total span of about 30-45 minutes. How could a Hispanic male have such a smooth encounter with police? I complied and they weren't assholes. It's a citation. She was guilty (which she admits) and she threw a fit. 50 years old and acting like a damn child. Ridiculous lol
KiidCloud That’s exactly how it should always go, in my opinion. Some people just are so insecure and needs so much attention that they create drama in order to get it. This woman needs counseling.
I've had one ticket in my life for littering with a cigarette butt, I couldn't say I didnt do it cus I did it right in front of him lol. I was frustrated but laughing and he understood and laughed with me. I lived to tell the tale because I wasn't being stupid lol
Correct me if i'm wrong, but did anyone notice that she is using her cell phone while driving? Isn't it illegal to use your phone while driving? She says she follows the law.
Whats being a person of different race gotta do with a traffic ticket. Im a hispanic male. Whats better than a hispanic mixed raced male. Getting caught with the ganga????(its legal now in my state) just comply with the police. They are not out to get y’all. You give them respect they’ll give you respect. Its common f@&king sense PPL. ITS NOT THAT HARD.
I love how the "acab" people insisted cops should all wear them thinking it would prove how evil they are, while it actually just ends up protecting them by showing what aholes those same people are.
problem is, the people who react initially go out and riot LONG before any body camera footage is released AND never go back and see if they were wrong or not.
I guess the 50% by 14% of the population, is just the arrest amount, yet they claim that a majority of it is wrong full arrests i mean even if we say 50% of those arrested aren't convicted, which is outrageous to begin with the numbers still are high for 14% of the population. I think people just want a boogeyman to fight against and they will find it anywhere, in this case the police but they don't realize they are making shit worst.
Way to take the express highway to Retardia there saucy. Maybe you missed some subtle cues in the conversation that showed we weren't offering free white hats and rope in this thread?
I'm a white guy and I work for a Sheriff's Office. I have been pulled over and treated WAY worse than this lady was. The Sgt. in this video was nothing but respectful and patient. Edit: Too bad she didn't get another ticket for distracted driving for facetiming while driving.
Hey fren, notice how nothing has actually happened to you. I'm not saying racism never happens in these situations, but you seem to be a bit overly scared. You keep capitalizing random words and freaking out at people. Also, saying black people are superior and white people are bad is pretty racist, and the funny thing is, Homebrand Bleach probably wasn't talking about your race when he said natural selection will screw you over.
HikerBikerDude1953 Seriously, think how many cops have had these ridiculous complaints against them with public outcry, yet no video to prove there innocence.
Does it matter? Social media and CNN will still just talk about racist white cops preying on poor innocent black people and never show the body cam footage if it doesn't fit their narrative.
Virginia resident here: the ticket states above or below the signature line that the signature is a promise to appear in court or to pay the ticket in lieu of appearing in court. It’s not racism, if I refused to sign the same would happen to me.
Also if she read the ticket she wouldn’t have to go to law school to know if she had the right to sign it or not. Technically she has the right not to, but she will face the consequences of refusing to do so.
Also a VA resident and agree, but in some areas of Virginia there are A LOT of victims.... just sign the ticket and charlie mike, if somethings wrong go to court and fight it... Also 70 in a 55 is reckelss in VA so he could have locked her up just on that edit - 15 over is not RD its 20 miles over... I'm posting wrong info =(
david fowler what’s weird is that she ISN’T driving, so this was recorded another time ATFER this happened. Edit: She is not in the driver seat, also, watching more, the scene where she points the camera towards the field, IT SWITCHES SEATS which means this is basically a production
I love how this video is basically a clinic on what people are like that cant understand the concept of delayed gratification. Shes willingly telling everyone that she has low impulse control and sees nothing wrong with that. Amazing footage :)
It waa a bit unnecessary for the officer to say "I knew you'd sign it." Slightly humiliating/annoying. But so what. One shouldn't make a mountain out of a molehill; it was a very small thing, and we all have little things that slip out of our mouths on occasion that we might regret: I'm sure this woman isn't perfect and that was Nothing, not worth crying about. Those are crocodile tears meant to manipulate because she's mad about getting a speeding ticket! I'm sorry she feels afraid: she probably was more scared than a white person might have been. (She's so pale, anyhow. I don't even understand this "color line" stuff, because she is just a tan color, her hair is blonde and straight; her features are "black" but the shape of her face is fair, that oval: reminds me of Obama, who took after his mom more than his dad. We're all just humans, and I sometimes think "black" people are more carried away with this Color concept than "white" [pink? Beige? Olive-skinned? So many shades, tones, types of humans, all unique and beautiful] people are.)
Cockeyed Optimista the whole cops demeanour was anti social. Like when she asked him how he was (although obviously a tactic) he shut her down very quickly. It was like he didn’t want a friendly polite encounter as if he was in a bad mood
Blah123 agree that his statement was unnecessary, however he did not come across as anti-social to me. I don’t expect him to exchange pleasantries because it’s not a social visit, it’s an official encounter. We all view the world through our own lens, someone could also interpret a cop trying to be friendly or personable as unprofessional or inappropriate.
@@bl1398 Why should he be having a nice, friendly encounter? He's a police officer stopping her for speeding. I didn't hear her ask how he was. But this is not a social occasion. His demeanor seemed fine: he was calm the entire time.
Didn't you get the memo? It's current year! Only White people have to go through consequences for their actions... Everyone else gets to do whatever or else it's racist or some kind of stupid phobia. Sarcasm aside, I am truly saddened at the current state of our country/society.
A buddy of mine tried calling the cop that pulled us over racist (we were speeding) the cop looked white and we're Hispanic. The cop laughed and said "bro my last name is Hernandez" then wrote my friend a ticket. I laughed and was like dude I bet you could of gotten a warning if you weren't such a tool.
I love how polite and to the point this officer was, no bullshit, here are the facts and he had all the right answers. Charge he with defamation of character.
Your avatar is brown, so you probably were lynched, bombed, and had a cross burned on your lawn between the time you left the 7/11 with skittles and the time you got home to the blazing inferno.

She gets a traffic ticket for being an idiot only to go out and make a BS video right after, get enough clout that the bodycam footage gets released for the world to see how much of an absolute imbecile she is
I love how people that are supposedly scared that the cops are gonna kill them automatically get super aggressive/combative or insults the cop. I feel like if I was actually afraid somebody would kill me I would be walking on eggshells.
@Fmono • 39 years ago • edited She wasn't afraid at all did you see how she was interacting with the officer? All in all the traffic stop itself was civil. ESPECIALLY from the officer's end. What she needs is a little bit of critical thinking to dig herself out of the victim complex she's been force fed.
Lol,I'm going to make a video that only my white brothers and sisters can only know my pain and what we face! We have black people lying and saying we're racist. Come on my white friends, all my white friends are coming over tonight......!!HAHA ...BITCH SHUT UP YOU SPOILED AFRICAN WOMAN HATING ON WHITEY!!!TAKE THAT BLACK PRIVILEGE AND SHOVE THAT UP YOUR ASS!!
The cop was definitely at least a tad bit condescending. I love these videos but compared to how most cops handle much worse situations this dude was kind of an asshole. That's all fine I've had plenty of cops be an asshole to me and im a white dude. I just say yes sir and do what they tell me to do. This lady is a moron though! Grown ass woman can't handle an adult conversation without crying racism.
She was the victim, the cop in a racist way, gave her a speeding ticket because she was going 70 in a 55 and told her to have a good day, how fucking dare he!!
Can you blame her? She has a million dumb white college students telling her about how under privileged she is compared to them, If you tell people they're a victim and should be pitied enough eventually they start believe it and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.
@@tomaka121 She is driving. She said as much at the beginning of the video. There is no one else in the vehicle, and when she rotates her camera to the rear facing camera at 10:15 you can clearly see she is in the drivers seat.
The way she talks is so telling, she's clearly been taught to view herself as a victim so she interprets everything that happened as a vicious assault on her rights despite it being a routine incident. This is why people think racism in the US is worse than it is, people raised to think of themselves as victims wildly distorting reality
yeaah, im not from the us of a and i think (ironically) it's a civil war out there. if people would stop victimize themself then the world would just heal fucking hell.. but noo you gotta get some fame out of it
I know it's 5 years later and I'm late to the discussion... but wouldn't it be awesome if there's an email referencing this video EVERY DAY in her email's inbox? What a professional victim she is. I hope everybody she knows has seen this. Disgusting.
Yea I was in Rome and instantly felt afraid because I knew where I was standing, hundreds of years ago there white people like me fighting in the Colosseum for my life because I was a poor white man, and I just felt like the cop that pulled me over was going to bring me to the Colosseum and feed me to the tigers! Come on. She was clearly wrong in this situation, but assuming all of her friends would act the same way is no better then her thinking cops are racist for enforcing laws on her. We can all do better and not make assumptions about other races.
