Even though the E-Flite Apprentice STS is not as popular as it once was, don't count it out! it is a solis trainer and a just plain fun plane to fly. In the way of a review I show the E-Flite Apprentice STS at the expert level with no self leveling restrictions enabled. For a review this is an awesome beginner plane and fun for the advanced pilot as well.

I'm getting the Apprentice STS 1.5 meter soon and I can't wait! I have a cheap glider (xk a800) but I should have started with this plane. I'm getting a simulator for my pc so I can practice first. Is it true you can use a 4s battery instead of 3s?

Hi love your video.s many thanks for that .i have guestion i am rc plane beginner what is the better thing to buy te apprentice s mini 1.2 m wing or the apprentice sts 1.5m wing .i think bigger planes are better for beginner . But the sts is expansive . But is the apprentice mini not to small for beginner plane . Like to here your comment . Many thanks from the Netherlands .

I guess I had a blond moment, I wanted to order my first electric rc plane, and after watching your video I tried to order the Apprentice RTF 1.5m, while working, I accidentally ordered the Eflight Apprentice S 1.2 m. I didn’t realize I ordered a different plane until I got home.The S 1.2m seems like a decent size, what do you think ; enjoy it , or sent it back when it gets here for the Apprentice STS 1.5?

No the smaller one does the exact same. A great alternative.

, I’ll keep it then? I saw you starting with the 1.5 Apprentice, so I thought i’d try it for my first plane. I was thinking of an Arrows Husky,or that Balsa SWS plane as my second, if I am able to fly the Apprentice, and have the money, thank you

@@TheBandit59 I take it you have the RTF one? If so yes they have a mix programed in. It assists with turning.
