Soft mod your A500 Mini with this simple guide.
We install AmigaInside, and then test it.
As it is a software mod, it is easily reversed- simply by either not using your USB stick, or not running the file from the menu.

I didn't own an Amiga (unfortunately) but was more of a PC fan back then. I often looked at the Amiga games in magazines with admiration and awe... Nice "side load" of the desktop environment!

It's actually really cool to try workbench with all the bells and whistles like this... Without the hassle of installing everything yourself. We've had similar in the past with classicwb, but right now it's prime pickings for a new user

He did actually release an English version which is on the site. Sadly, it didn't work for us and seems to be an older version.

Interesting video - thanks for this! As of 2nd May 2022 what’s the most efficient way to get ADF games working? (Where WHDLoad packages don’t exist for the game). Cutting to Amiberry during any random LHA and loading the ADF file from there? Thanks to anyone with some decent knowledge on this :)

Thing is, currently you need to use a combination of lha and UAE faffery to do so. It's possible to boot up from the usb stick menu (without using the amiberry screen) once you have done this.

@@TeamPandory thank you - yup that’s what I’m doing at present so that’s good to know. Having to go back into the Amiberry screen to change disk for multi disk ADF games at the moment. (Making sure to keep the required disk in slot 0).

Hello! Doesn't work for me. I have everything working. Whload, adf, ags2, aminimiga, but the amiga inside you show to us is v4.6. In the website the download link is for 4.9 and the size of it is 5gb.

Try extracting all the folders again. I believe this one is hidden away in THEA500 folder, or the whdload folder ... The file locations are a bit different to the others

Could do... But that wasn't exactly the focus of the video. Saying this, there are so many Amiga games, so if I put in the above games there will always be a request for something else. A never ending story.

I think it just needs a tool to be installed. He may have it fixed in the next update.

I just get a yellow amiberry logo then nothing? Any ideas

Sounds like you either tried to change the config or your memory stick isn't formatted to fat32. ... Or it's unreliable/ funky with your a500 mini. Try another
