"The law shall apply too all equally" The original intent of it's creation, now ignoring the fact that emotions cause bias, and bias is linked too feelings. One who has such power has too be able too seperate logic and emotion especially if there very words can divert the entire course of someone else's life. All this case proves, is that the person who was responsible for passing a just sentence was incapable of said separation of emotion and reason. That, or the jury and or judge had access too additional information regarding the situation that hasn't been made known too the public at large.

Well in the UK this is quite common these days where women can get away with both psychological and physical abuse towards a man. A couple of years ago a drunk women randomly started beating up a passerby with a stiletto and all she got was a £100 fine, 3 year suspended sentence (she served no time in jail) and 16 hours mandatory community unpaid service. Here in the UK there are no severe punishments for women… not even for that baby deleter Lucy Letby who got 29 years in prison but she’ll be out on parole in the next 5 years.

I think even in the UK it depends on where you live and what exactly you need. Not necessarily everything is fully covered by the government. Although, the UK is one of the more generous in the world in what they cover. 800 Euros in compensation sounds absurdly low to me if we're including things like emotional distress, pain and suffering, punitive damages, loss of work, loss of opportunity, damage to clothes and whatever health coverage isn't covered. Getting hit twice in the face with glass, at least to me is not only a very visible big deal but also could/maybe already has given long-lasting consequences that you'd never know...

This is own group automatic bias in action and, that judge should be removed from the bench for playing favorites so blatantly. If she's willing to let someone walk away from assaulting someone in a manner that runs the risk of impaired sight and causes permanent scarring with nothing more than a light fine due to her personal biases, every court case she oversees that involves a man and a woman being in contention is in doubt.
