I said that once and I am saying it again; Judge Kavonaugh fights like a fish-wife, he is overbearing and very arrogant. His sentence construction is not that of a learned man, regardless what school granted his degree.
Swisher seemed a valuable witness until she responded to Cuomo's question, "if he's lying about how much he liked drinking [actually Kavanaugh never denied he liked to drink beer; saying that he was practically an alcoholic would be the stupidest thing imaginable in "applying for a job"], do you think that is disqualifying for him in this nomination?'" Without any hesitation whatsoever she replies with a raised, emotional voice, "Absolutely!!!" Hand it to Cuomo, handicapped as he is in objectivity, to not think of asking why many of Kavanaugh's other classmates didn't quite see him as "always drunk." If Swisher was herself drinking very much, and so herself was drunk quite a bit, how was she in a position to judge whether Kavanaugh was just a bit or excessively drunk? Did she count how many drinks he would have? Obviously birdbrain Cuomo never would think of asking her whether she witnessed Kavanaugh become so belligerent that he got into altercations with others, whether he was ever kicked out of a bar (yes, bars in New Haven in those days kicked extremely drunk students out), whether there was a time that he was so drunk that others needed to practically carry him home since he couldn't walk straight or had a blackout. Those situations are indications of excessive drinking, less than that it may simply indicate that he can drink more than others. Otherwise he would have been vomiting every night at the bar. Forget the most important question: so how often would you be in the bar with Kavanaugh? Daily? On weekends? Now and then? How does she know he was in bars or drinking somewhere almost every night? Who in the world entrusted such a numbskull as Cuomo to interview people? The man just likes to push biased narratives and it's only perchance that his interviewees occasionally reveal valuable information. Swisher notes that Kavanaugh didn't harass women but Cuomo quickly brushes that to the side. Genuine journalists would have inquired a bit more about his behavior with women when he was drunk since that is the most pertinent issue to the case, not whether he used to get drunk. That would reveal whether alcohol made him a few years before so uncontrollable as to sexually assault a young girl. In conclusion, all that Swisher revealed was how much of a zealot she is of the campaign to prevent Kavanaugh from being seated on the Supreme Court. Clearly, whether he lied or not is just an excuse for her to vilify him as one of the biggest liars she ever met.

He was asked if he drank until he blacked out and if he ever woke up after drinking the night before and couldn't remember the night before. He said no he even said he drank to excess. He was asked what he thought excess was and he said whatever the DUI limit was. Chris read off what Kavanaugh said he was like in high school and she said that's not the Brett I know. She didn't know him in high school. She doesn't mind talking to the FBI because she was giving her opinion opinions can't be a lie just a opinion. The same with Kavanaugh weather he blacked out or not was his opinion. So what did that interview prove nothing unless you didn't watch the hearings. If you didn't all you know is what Chris Cuomo and his witness to Kavanaugh said. I don't call it fake it's misleading and that isn't right either.
Are you US American?. Your president is a noted liar and you allow that. I am saying you allow it because after 18 months fat boy is still there. It is your culture. You as a nation do not care. Of course, Kavanaugh is lying... Dr. Ford had nothing to gain and not only do I believe her, she seemed like the last person that would want the publicity and negative impact on her family... Last count of those to speak out about Kavanaugh, is at six women and we all need to support these brave and courageous women who have surfaced to warn us about this Nominee and take their claims seriously...
Claudy TheArtist she changed her statement on 3 or 4 occasions on the hearing. She admitted she lied about the 'fear to fly' story. She doesn't know who paid for the polygraph test. She has a two GoFundme that she says are to cover the expenses of the court case, but lawyers had said they are helping her with the case, and are doing it for free. The polygraph test had only two questions, none of it was about kavanaugh. So it's fair to say, kavanaugh is innocent until proven guilty (as per the law). Now burden of proof is on Ford since she is the accuser( also as per the law), and she hasn't provided any yet. Only details of hazy memories.
Ford has nothing to lose and everything to gain. Seriously what she will lose? Nothing. What she will gain? A hell lot fame. Its kananaugh who has everything to lose and nothing to gain.
