It’s a good project if location suits. Price will appreciate but not much scope of return on invested amount. There are better options you can go for investment.
@Saurav Sharma Great to see your video. Could you please share some light on the recent surge in prices in YEIDA. What future do you see? Is it still imvestable because general plot rates have gone to 50,000-60,000 psm, whereas it is still very raw. Like, its more or less a jungle only. Kindly apprise :)
Thank you Saurav for your reply. According to my budget I have booked 3 bhk flat in fusion rivulet in sector -12 noida extension. Booking amount was 4900 sq feet. Right now price is 7000 sq feet with out PLC. Is it a good investment?
Please go into detail and make a full video about WTC Noida group & its owner. They have committed fraud evrywhere. Zero construction. Full payments made by 1000s of custmers but project stuck for more than 3 yrs!!!!!!! Hav lost all my money in Chandigarh project
