Renting of a flat is the way to go. No facilities are going to justify the sky rocketing prices. Keep your ancestral home at the hometown for retirement, Build a huge corpus for the retirement instead.

Hello, Can you comment on the potential of Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway over a 10-year horizon? On one hand, some people are very optimistic about its growth, given the inevitable operations of Jewar Airport. Then there are pessimists, who say that it’s already overpriced and that if even Greater Noida is not fully developed, sectors like 22D, YXP are also looking at a bleak future. I would love you understand your perspective on its perceived future value.
