What’s your routine for using it? I shower in the morning and I want to use it twice a day, but also don’t want my hair to be greasy throughout the day 😕

Use it during the night, then in the morning you can wash it o it whilst showering x

Do u need to mix with carrier oil? Cos pure rosemary oil is concentrated, and recommend to dilute it with carrier oil..

If u prefer, you can use your hand to get a small amount and just massage into your scalp - I have a video of me using in on My channel 🚀🚀🚀

Great video !!! I have just purchased some and what or how many times a week do you recommend using it, I am thinking put it on while at work and wash out after so be left in for 10hours or so. Everyday ?? All the best - Nick.

Hey , yeah I do that as well. When h getting ready just put a bit to cover your whole hair and then after work when u showering just wash it out and re apply a tiny bit before bed ( don’t put too much before bed because you don’t want it all on your pillow ) 😁

Btw one question since I shower in the night rather than morning could I still put the oil in my hair before bed leave it in and when I wake up re apply it and wash it out in the evening ?

Yes I’ve done this many times, as long as you wash it the next day , it doesn’t matter when 😉

I still use it , I have noticed that my side hairs are going back but I think it’s because I tie my hair up for the most of the day ✍🏾

when u mention "they started to lose more hair after using it"..do u mean using the same brand (nature spell)? or do u mean they use other brand that also contain rosemary,?
