It is like magic my hair r falling since 5 to 6 year but for the last 3 months its intensity is increased I used just for one month Rosemary oil almond oil coconut oil castor oil. N my hair are stopped falling ...I'm thankful to u .

@@sofia2moro I started using it about a couple of weeks a ago and I feel that my balding patches are less visible. Just mix about 5 to 6 drops onto a bit of castor oil or olive out and rub it onto your scalp. Leave it for as long as you want (I leave on for a couple of hours) then wash your hair with an herbal shampoo. I also add it to my shampoo doses mix it and wash my hair. I love how simple it is.

@@FaisalKhan-bq1ud I feel like the oil helps to get the benefit of the Rosemary on the scalp. This will take months to see visible results so I this is work in progress but I will be taking pictures in six or seven months to see if this really works.

This oil is powerful. I rub the oil on my back by the kidneys as he suggested and man did i feel it a few minutes later. It started to hurt a little but it's because it was working. I put it on the front by the liver area and I felt it as well, but not as strong as my left kidney. Mother Nature medicine is the best.

I put the pure oil on top of my head! But 1st I pure on my head some pumpkin seed oil mixed with Avocado oil and then I finish it with Rosemary oil on top of my head. MY HAIR IS FINALLY COMING BACK!! (SINCE 15 YEARS OF BALLING!!) I think im going to cry.

I put around 6 drops of Rosemary oil into small spray bottle filled with green tea. I use it every other day on my hair & scalp. My other mix is 6 drops of Rosemary oil & Jojoba oil mixed with coconut oil and/or caster oil which I rub on scalp & hair every other day. I thought Rosemary oil needed some kind of carrier like coconut oil. Didn't realize it could be applied alone to scalp.

@@spandanagrace2664 rosemary oil works I promise I am using it for 2 months, I have no more hair shedding, my hair looks healthy and I am thrilled I put a few drops into capful of my shampoo and I make a mask with jojoba oil and rosemary oil, leave it on scalp for 2-4 hrs twice a week before I shampoo, I mist my hair with water then massage it into my hair

As far as I’m aware you never put Rosemary oil directly on the skin as it can burn or irritate the scalp. You need to use a carrier oil such as argan oil or jojoba oil

I like using EO's with tea lights. Placing anywhere from 3-7 drops of oil on top of the candle before lighting. Or taking something thin and sharp, like a knitting needle and making some indents on top of the candle and lighting it works well for adding scent to the air instead of store bought scented candles. I'm not sure if it works as well as an actual diffuser for health benefits, but it is very relaxing. One caution though, be careful how much essential oil you drop onto the candle as it's pretty easy for too much can create more flame then you want. And as always be careful using candles around children, pets and curtains.

Thank you sooooo much for this information. I especially appreciate that you tell HOW to use the oil! For several years I had to use a blood pressure medicine and my poor hair just about disappeared. I went from having hair people would stop me on the street to exclaim how much hair I had...to now, having sparse and thin hair. So sad. I started the keto diet 90 days ago and in about 6 weeks got to stop bp med., so I am so hoping my hair starts to grow back. I will use the rosemary oil on my (too visible) scalp and hope for the best!

I have been using rosemary oil for about 5 years. I started rubbing if on my dermatitis breakouts and it worked better than anything I ever tried. It cuts the healing time by more than half, and it gets rid of the lesions and dark spots that follow. I keep a steady supply of it and cant imagine using anything else.

Hello Dr. Axe I love your chanel. I've been following you for about six months now. you've been doing an awesome job promoting health tips. I have to say you are my inspiration. You inspire me so much that I want to pay it forward. I work as a LMT and I couldn't help but to notice your posture is a bit misaligned. Your left shoulder is raised and your head is tilted towards the left. showing you are trying to keep your eye balanced/leveled to the horizon. I did not notice it in previous YT videos. Practitioners have to watch out for one another. We are so busy caring for others we forget to take care ourselves. I want you to know I got your back here in NYC. LOL! You are the best in my book. Stand up tall and strong with stretching and corrective exercise. You can go to your local LMT for Sports Massage or Medical Massage if you are a candidate for it. Disclaimer: this is a suggestion. Could you list recipes or mixture ratios for the compounded oils you've talked about especially for the homemade shampoo using aloe and rosemary oil.

it's incredible! I have tried rosemary oil for muscle, joint pain and is amazing, also to relieve my tension pain in neck, and head ache, I also have been using it for my thinning hair and I've seen new hair growth thanks for sharing such awesome information with the public!!
