Just wanted to say thanks to you guys for taking the time to put these videos together, sharing your knowledge and information. I started in my 2 car garage in '16, grew and moved into a 3400 square foot shop 2 years later. I'm about to break ground on the new 10k square foot shop and hopefully be operating out of it come fall this year. I have been, and plan to continue to invest heavily in automation, and hearing a real world perspective on these things is invaluable. Thanks again.

I use cabinet vision in my shop and purchased the label it system. It would be awsome to see that system in action. I have no idea how to set it up so seeing how you use it would be really helpful. Awsome shop btw!

I've been watching your videos for the past two weeks, I appreciate the tome and effort you put into making these videos! I want to make a hard transition with my business from flooring to cabinetmaking and custom woodworking, the thing that made me decide I need to do this is seeing the amount of productivity and efficiency running a lean business. Unfortunately flooring can only be so lean. I've done 2 kitchens, one with solid oak flooring and one painted mdf along with many other projects.. I am working with a small table saw and a tracksaw. A good chinese slider is about $9k A decent chinese 9 tool atc full size cnc router is about $28k Just jump straight ahead into a cnc or get a slider first and work my way to a cnc? Thank you!

I'd love to hear more about why use use predominately conformats rather than drill&dowel + case clamps, as conformats appear labor intensive. Also, would love your opinion on knock-down options (Lock-dowel, Cabineo both come to mind, but not the Ikea style dowel and cam) for small shops that are just starting up.

Love the channel. I’m not a business owner just a hobby woodworker but I love watching how the big boys do it. One little constructive criticism. Get new microphones. It’s hard to understand you sometimes. Coming from a hard of hearing woodworker. Ha.

Hi, just wondered what you do with waste wood/sawdust? Sell it, put it in the skip/burn it? I’ve been looking into wood burners. Thanks! Tom

Also wanted to ask what your strategy was for air compressors and the demand from the saws Edgebander etc? Do you store compressors in a different area to mitigate noise? Thanks again, Tom.

You talked about out sourcing. Are there items you still out source at this time?

Hello, Very good content, really interesting and useful for any person who is trying to make some business in this industry. I am curious, You mentioned that you use Asana for project management. So does your team in assembly mark as "these things are in process" and etc.? So then the task automatically jumps to another so called "bar"? As I understand you use asana also as CRM and as manufacturing executing system? How do you ensure raw material supply and etc for all your projects?
