I really enjoy listening to your take on yarny things and I love a chatty video. I watch a lot of RU-vid while I'm crafting. I even watch several knitting "podcast" channels although I don't knit just to have something peaceful and yarny on on the background 😁. It doesn't seem like many crochet channels lend themselves to that "podcast" style. Anyway, keep up the good work!

Ohh no not the crochet shorts or even the jumpers/ overalls…🫣😂 My momma always told me, “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all..” and another one, “ Pick your battles.” Some people just aren’t worth your time, especially a troll on the webs! I stumbled upon your channel and I am really enjoying it. Thank you so much. I like that you are midwestern. I am as well. I really enjoy your topics as well. I think it's great that you've started a channel. I'm a slow starter to having a channel. We'll see how it goes. I appreciate that you addressed 'trolls'. That causes me the most hesitation to post more videos that are yarn adjacent vs tutorials or sort of show & tell videos. I'm afraid that my appearance, voice, accent, opinions, etc will be a target, but I really want to go forward. As a Mom, Grandma, that does a lot of different arts & crafts, I really want to put some of what I do into videos so that my kids & grandkids can learn from me, in their own time, or even just feel like they are visiting with me a bit, if they like. Maybe that's a silly reason to have a channel, but it's the reason behind mine, even though, I really haven't gotten very far with it yet. Maybe soon. One of the things that helps me choose my next project is the list that I made of "what do I want to learn/explore more?" That really narrows it down for me. I love to process knit & crochet, so I'm pretty happy making anything, so I really have to wrangle myself in, if I want my goals to be achieved. One of those being to learn more about specific things. I will probably never crochet or knit shorts, LOL. I can only imagine that they would either ride up or sag down. Neither of those things appeal to me...Bahahahahaha! The cat toy made me laugh out loud. Hilarious!!!! I would definitely make that. Thanks for the encouragement. Take care.

This was a very good video. The troll story was strange, but quite interesting. When I see troll-like commentary, I just think to myself that the commenter has not yet recovered from the lockdowns and may just need to go outside and see real people and talk to them. Thank you for sharing. 💖
