FLAT PEG is the mnemonic to help you remember the anterior hormones. The four hormones FLAT (FSH, LH, ACTH, and TSH) are all tropic hormones and the other three (PEG - Prolactin, Endorphins, and Growth hormone) are direct hormones.

Prolactin Inhibitory hormone is not the only inhibitory one from hypothalamus to adenohypophysis. There is somatostatin for TSH and growth hormone, for instance.

The pituitary gland is the 'master' gland, not the hypothalamus.

Hypothalamus is not the master endocrine gland, it is the Anterior pitutuary gland..... Correction
