The breasts on shoulders seems loosely based on Moms Mabley. Husband gets a face lift. Doc says we can take away wrinkles by cutting top of your head and pulling skin tight and tying it up like hot dogs. Man says I'll just wear a hat. Gets home & wife says you look wonderful. No wrinkles and I love your new cleft chin. Man says with a laborious unable to fully open mouth voice - That's my belly button.

I Lost 60 pounds..... Rufus died Sept 22 2021... As Far as loosing 60pounds in weight, Which I did, No One Noticed and did Not gain no 3inches.. I went from 310 down to 250... Looked the Same. But when I gained that 60 pounds back... My Face/neck Got Fat when it wasn't before, and my Fupa ( Fat upper penis area) got Fat and I lost 3 inches... I am still a 36 inch Waist and my Gut didn't grow, just my Face/neck and Fupa. I am 6ft 4in so that helps with spreading out the weight. People think I only weight 275 at most.
