It was very good even though I forgot the lemon. Anthony also uses red snapper which I am unable to get. So I used a mackeral.
Some housekeeping items - I have set a deadline for myself to have a cooking video up on the second monday of the month. I completely blew past that, and as such the quality kind of suffers a bit on the video itself.
I also am not a fan of doing voiceovers, and will be looking into some kind of mic setup to record in the moment.
