I feel like recently the reviews are just not really “reviews”. Just him pointing out what he doesn’t like and not giving constructive feedback. He (and chat) went into this song expecting one thing, then when it wasn’t what they were expecting, it was bad. People in chat heard one line, one second and were saying “wow trash I can’t take one more minute of this”. Like what? I guarantee you most of them HADNT listened to the song yet. I feel like they have these preconceived notions about the song and then when it isn’t what was expected therefore it is trash. I can understand AOTP being a 5. Because for me, only a few of the songs stand out to me. For an album to be really good, all the songs have to be good. But seriously, these recent reviews ain’t it.
no I don't think so..... the song I m not too familiar with these twitch song reviews but his album review are never "I don't like this part" but it's mostly "I don't like this part because"....and the thing with him saying I'm not a "VIBER" kinda makes sense cuz he takes a very deep look at the content of the lyrics which ksi and most other rappers don't really care bout' cuz the general populous does not (generally)...ksi him self said it I'm pretty sure....his chat is another thing tho....they take his word as the gospel and hate trendy beats even when fantano clarifies it's just an opinion....

Dude yeah it’s a cool rhyme scheme but Wayne does that stuff often never mind the rest of the industry, there’s not much there content wise (there’s not much substance to what he’s saying), just vague, meandering bars about a girl/relationship. For a lot of people, a cool flow isn’t enough to really love a verse.

But there are some standards in hip hop like rhyming, lyricism, bars, etc. Based on those you cant say the rapping is not good. And it is not subjective. It is a common thing in hip hop. You play that for every hip hop head he/she is gonna say Wayne went off.

Well at the end of the day it is his opinion. He’s not saying that the album is undeniably a horrible album. He just personally finds it as a 5. Like you could present me with music you personally find as the best, but I would or would not find it bad. What is with Fantanos chat. The song played for 5 seconds and people are literally complaining with "I can't take another minute of listening to this, change it please". It's one thing to not like a song, but it's another thing to just be toxic for no reason. As soon as I saw the chat hate the song, I knew Fantano would too. His criticism could be applied to 99 percent of pop songs. You could play his reaction to thousands of songs. It's copy paste stereotypical meaninglessness. And the fact he knows it's a youtuber and he blatantly disregards the improvement he's made over the past 5 years.. Just all of it. i think you both are actually wrong and that you just occupy different spaces of the internet. i know everyone loves to shit on fantano's chat and say they're toxic (okay, i think everyone gets that by now...), but the reality is that "music nerd" types are rarely going to enjoy a song like this. no offense to ksi or anyone who likes the song - if you like it that's fine. but ultimately it's nothing special; it's a fun pop song that lacks depth and is going to be fairly uninteresting to anyone who listens to a lot of music, as pretentious as that sounds.

I feel people doesnt understand how music works. Back in 2009 , 2010, wayne style of rapping was great, now in 2021 this wont work out. This is a great song. The production is great. Not the best song of the century but not the worst song either.
