Dr. Vandana is amazing Yoga teacher, very nice explanation and flexible body. I have a question for Dr. Vandana, As I am having knee joint issue due to some accident and can't sit in Vajarasana, so what is alternative for that. As many asana starts with vajrasna posture. Thanks!
Amazing control on your body. I am a great fan of your asanas. Just started them. Initially it's being difficult but will not give up. At the moment I can only manage Savasana.

As per my experience, for better yoga results - 1. ensure availabiltiy of oxygen to body 2. water (potential-pure)3.non chemical foods system 4. Healthy mind atmosphere with tech of mind management etc., are much more important as supportive documents to yoga & life
