Mostly exercise without equipment created in India thousands of year ago,but these gifts are now welcomed in other countries & we Indians are running towards gym ignoring yoga, hindu push ups exercise, traditional martial arts.
Strange, huh? Like India is trying to Westernize when we have already shown it to be unsustainable. Thankfully, the original yoga is being celebrated and spread - the West hasn´t degenerated it fully yet!

I remember in hostel my friend use to do this simha aasana early in the morning in her room. Her sleeping neighbours used to get so scared n were so frustrated. It used to be so funny. 🤣🤣🤣
last one is weird … if someone sees me through window doing that by a coincidence, they might think that I have a problem with my head, not body...most of exercises I am familiar with from my mom except last one :P
But you have to admit after seeing that you would not mess with that woman. If you were coming up to her from down the block ready to steal her purse and she got on her hands and knees and said bwwwwleeuuuaaahhhhhh, your eyes would go wide, you would immediately change course doing a 180 like a ballerina and taking the longest strides back in the direction you came. You would definitely have to reasses what you knew was possible. You would reconsider, you would think about maybe finding someone else to bother and you would leave her be.

My schedule is very late night schedule so that y m not able to wake up early morning and I m over weight n fatty I keep doing xciz running but I never get positive result.what do I do.i need 2 remedys,one hw I can wakeup early morning,and second hw may I loose my waight
You don't have to wake up early morning if your work schedule is at night, my advise is; One: sleep enough after work, set an alarm to wake you up and purpose to always have between 25-40 minutes of exercise before you begin your day, i find it helps by keeping one energized, focused and is also good for digestion. Two: Purpose to keep your plate small and healthy, don't starve yourself but rather eat smaller meals compared to what you've been doing. Three: Avoid processed sugars if you can, and use alternatives like dates and honey if you must Four: Try walking whenever you can and sit less Five: Drink lots of water , eat some fruits and vegetables as much as you can And lastly, keep doing all the good and healthy habits even when you don't see your weight reducing on the scale, it takes time for the body to respond sometimes, but overall you will be feeling better. Maine last wala Aasan yaha se shikh kar apne students ko shikhane gaya toh sara students aisa bhaga k zindagi may wapas nahi aya 😝😝😝😝,,,,,,,,,,but last Aasaan is very effective and useful
Never do such difficult asanas without expert guidance. some expert yoga teacher should be there while a person performs these asanas that will be must safe. 🙏
I did last one lion poses.... few days ago to Bcm young.. but hearing the sound n my mom came n saw me. n told my father that ghost had entered my body.... to do something.. frm that day I stopped doing all this.. 🙄🙁😒
