I'm surprised someone was able to track these guys down for this interview, given how tight-lipped the activists were about the details when pressured about it. Why am I not seeing this spread more? I can't believe this is the first time I've seen this video and it's already a year old!
We just released this video today. This project has been something the IFF has been working on for a long time! This video has been out for like 2 hours.
Oh pssh I totally thought the date on it said 2018, not 2019, lol! Ok now I feel a lot better about not having seen it sooner! Very glad that this is out there now. It sucks because the damage has already been done, people will believe what they want to and few who need to see this will accept that it's the truth. But I know next time I talk to someone who wants to point to that video I'm glad I can say, "WELL ACTUALLY-" and have something more than just common sense to back up my claims that no one in the industry does this.
I may not like the use of furs but I get it. I'd rather have people raise mink or other animals in controlled environments because wild populations would be targeted without this industry. People who want furs will get them. Not to forget, I'm pretty sure skinning an animal alive can damage the fur or lower the quality? I dont trust animal activists, I get they want better rights for animals but too often they're lying about something anymore it seems. That or they're incredibly misinformed.
We've just published a blog post about the IFF report. Please check it out here: www.truthaboutfur.com/blog/skinning-fur-animals-alive-video-exposed-as-complete-fraud/
