Anti-Phoenix Zero Double TAC 

You need full buster to do this, but launch the m, m, H Lightning, buster, down/up tac, dash, travel, side tac, next character.
H Lightning, buster, down/up tac, dash portion of the combo must be inputted VERY quickly in order for the dash animation to happen.
Not new tech, but finally got around to trying this out.
