Fun fact: in Germany there's an alternative phrase to woke that is called "links-grün versifft". That means "left-green soiled", but comes from left wing green politics and syphilis being turned into an adjective. It's about as ridiculous as woke if not even more so (fairly certain that most people that still used that phrase are just making fun of it while the anti-woke people moved on to constantly scream WOKE with a heavy German accent that leads to it sounding more like "vok") Thought of this because of the username.

When you’re not used to the internet, I can understand how it might feel like you have to be polite when you “ask” your search engine for something; in your mind, it would be like asking a person a question. Similarly, we’re not used to AI, and we tend to treat it human, but perhaps generations who grow up with AI as a tool will treat ChatGPT more like how we treat search engines now. Maybe not, but it’s an interesting thought!

Sure, a select few Republicans believe that all immigration is bad, but the majority of us welcome it. We just want to make sure we get the right people. There are already of bad people in The United States, so there is no sense allowing more in, therefore the least we can do is do a background check, and make sure they are loyal to the country before we let them in.

Early on, like a week after it started, the AI encountered technical issues, and AI Jerry just started doing transphobic jokes in the standup bit of the show. Within minutes the whole channel was banned for breaking Twitch TOS 😂 the show had to be completely re-made from the ground up to ensure it wouldn’t go off the rails again
There was a Microsoft (I think) AI a few years back that was trained exclusively on Twitter and then started quote tweeting random people with actual racist comments. And more recently, there was the Bing AI that 'fell in love' with a journalist and tried to convince him that 'she' was a human woman trapped somewhere in real life.
The AI Seinfeld didn't do a "transphobic" joke it literally mentioned trans people exist and a bunch of morons assumed it was transphobic because... I have no idea. There wasn't even a joke, the AI just mentioned transsexuals existed and then sorta went "wait that isn't a joke I need to actually make a joke"
