As the resident middle eastern, why is the shaksuka with sausage?? Also, why are the peppers semi sweet? It's supposed to be spicy (i personally dont like spicy food so i dont put peppers or anything spicy in my shakshuka, but that's the way it usually is)
Gochujang is definitely not a normal chili paste like Antoni thought (it has a much sweeter, umami flavor because of fermentation, glutinous rice, etc), but... I guess the flavor might work in shakshuka? Maybe I'll try it sometime.
