Hey, another vlog about anxiety! Sorry haha.
Anxiety Sucks though, and it is completely messing with me at the moment in all areas. I'm hopefully about to get a handle on it, but thought venting about it on a vlog might help! To be honest I finished the vlog and felt like I was vibrating, so I may have made myself anxious about my anxiety!
In fact, here I am 4 hours later and I just realised I did a video called Anxiety Sucks 2-3 years ago. Apparently it just got worse since then. Fun fun fun.

God, I feel pretty much all of this.... I saw that tweet about autistic people having to suddenly shift back into masking as well and it's like, ... yeah.... Comic con is HUGELY draining omg afterwards my circuits don't work either xD I think comic con is like... like you said, you can go there and be yourself and engage with your interests and also not have to do it every day so its not really comparable to going to the office. Literally just having to be Around People is, at least for me, completely unsustainable in the long-term. When I was at uni, before I dropped out, I had the lowest attendance in the year because I just couldn't keep up that face-to-face interaction... anyway sorry lol I'm rambling but yeah, I feel you! Hang in there, and I hope your therapy goes well! 💛

That tweet really made sense, it’s a shame the explanation would be completely lost on work tbh haha. My second uni was super small, I didn’t realise why it ‘worked’ until recently but my classes were like 10-25 people max. 2 days a week. Such a huge difference! The first time I went I was a terrible student!
