I was going to talk about this as a vlog and then had a funny idea for acting it out. Not Oscar worthy but I hope you found it funny at least!
I thought because I’d had lots of coffee I was probably fine but once the monster kicked in I was incredibly weak, sweaty and broken. I couldn’t function for around 45 minutes and thought I was genuinely unwell. Then it started to pass and all of my research since has confirmed that it was simply far too much dopamine in my system at the same time.
