lol, if you want an ACTUAL 4 phase (or 3) on second encounter...use celestial with combo blow instead of liars (or at least swap to it just before dunking last torch)...no need for liars since all the ads are squishy...you can easily get off two gg supers per phase by killing some ads between each torch since hitting a crit with gg returns 33% of your super, plus any crits with the call or other weapons on the boss or ads returns extra super energy as well.
yea i understand thats a more viable build for 2nd encounter but these are a safe starter build for returning players and new lights not really optimized
