as someone who remembers her peak, its kind of crazy to me that so many people don't recognize her now lol, she was up there with suzy as the nation's it girl, even as a casual fan, you'd see her all over the place because she was collecting brand deals like sand on a beach, unfortunately her group's scandal probably did irreparable damage to their careers, even now that she's back in showbiz, she's not quite as big a deal as she was just a handful of years ago

@@ilikeeatingrice7023 I also think that because AOA's peak was before kpop's massive globalization, they were extra affected by the kneitz's conservative views. If AOA was popular late 3rd gen, Seolhyun would probably be more recognizable today b/c western fans are more accepting of idols coming back from scandal
