I watched the rec after and learned that it works great on this map with the Chinese immigrants because it ships a Highlander for each TP and saloon. Plenty of tps here

@@SoldieRaoe He invested heavily on that strategy, he also had the advanced saloon card, that let's you get 2 extra saloons with extra population (Meaning, 2 extra highlanders). Thought he would attack with outlaws til I saw the title 😅 Anyway, GG WP

“Highlanders are very, very expensive” says Soldier, forgetting that DE civs don’t have to train units. Not to mention they get age 3 mercs in age 2.

Yeah sure, was DE idea to give free units to Germany with every shipment, and give free villagers to Ottomans or free TCs to Ports, right? It's just different designs, not a matter of which version of the game is better.

I'd be as well,@@vivid_3429. He got a point. Différence in design doesn't make a civ OP. US still bonkers though. But malingre that change would just requiring some tweeks in their cards, not their design.
