I really enjoyed the campaign of AoM and Titan's Expansion. I understand that is not the main purpose of these types of RTS games (especially since this article talks about esports potential) but would love to see how they update the original story and makes additions to it with DLC
E-sports is great, but the game should focus on being fun 🥳🥳🥳 too. Including with silly e-sports tournaments like the Smallest Maps Ever series on T90's channel for Aoe2. Plus, there should be at least a little support for community games, such as free-for-alls.
Ohh boy, very careful when you see a studio saying they are hoing for the eSports and when they mentkoned the word MOBA, esports is like 1-2% of any player base, is good to keep competitive healthy but foinf for the moba-esports is s big failure, it they make changes to the game peace many people wont tounch the game.
2024 release is way optimistic especially with no gameplay to show I will set my expectations low and wait for it for summer 2025 or late 2025-early 2026.
