can U do oculink in the cheaper one? I think it's good to have oculink in a cheap mini pc, cause I dont see a reason to buy external gpu on the high mid end mini pc, they most likely do its job just fine

I think your company is doing very exciting things. I almost bought a Minisforum UM790 but haven’t (yet) because I saw lots of bad reports about stability and have now discovered AOOSTAR. For me the ability to have 3 NVME drives is a big advantage. I like to have a dedicated drive for the system and applications partition plus a pair of mirrored drives for my data. A few questions… 1 - A Ryzen 9 7940HS version of the GEM 10 is listed on your web site. Is that shipping out to customers now? If not then when do you expect to start international shipments? 2 - What TDP settings are available for the 7940HS version? Is it the same 28W/35W/45W options or can it go higher? 3 - Do you have any plans to make another version of this video for the 7940HS version of the GEM 10? Thank you for any answers that you can give me.

The GEM10 7940HS is now ready for shipment. As you said, the power consumption adjustment is also 28W/35W/45W (45W has excellent performance).

I ve watch a video on reddit posted by a Gem 12 owner showing his out of the box new Gem 12 making fan Whine worrying noise, i am so upset i was about to order myself a Gem 12. I wish we have more review on this Mini PC because i won t buy it regarding this issue, specially from an out of the box product.

You lost me on the LPDDR5 ram part cause there is no upgrade you can do in the future as it is soldered on to the motherboard!!! Your pretty much stuck with what you got bye bye upgrades to ram!! I got the minisforum and its far better then this!

Sure, but 32 is a reasonable amount, soldered or not. I was intrigued by the 3 M2 slots. I'm not sure about the GEM12 and it's second screen. Ayaneo did that and it doesn't seem that successful. At least it's not pretending to be a fully functional second screen.

Well is it? If you set memory to 7500MhZ speed and TDP to 54W it will outperform the Minisforum UM780 and UM790 in games, if that is what you are after. (See video of Chinese reviewer Jack stone. with subtitles on you can follow what he is talking about. Still not convinced? The Phawx didn't test this machine but did a lot on memory performance of handhelds with the Z1 chip, the little bro of the 7840 family)

No Minisforum ain t far better, they will have the same performance, i like this model over Minisforum UM780 XTX because of their 2 additional NVME port, btw 32 GB Ram is enough, i have 64 GB RAM on my minisforum HX99G but i ve never used more than 24G BRAM,

@@freedomisdead9638 your purpose is different then mine I use it not only for regular things but virtualization for you 32gb ram will be good enough for me it's not at all (will tell you why below). Second you didn't reply to me on the LPDDR5 lol the speeds are not the same. You are using these devices on the minimalist use for me I am abusing the crap out of the ram as I am virtualizing that's how I know the difference. Also the XTX
