Everything is good, nice explannation but u messed up at 4.52 sec,u said it was a PA view,no it was an AP veiw where scapular shadow was present within the lung field, the rest of the things in this x-ray was clearly explained,.may be by mistake u said it bt it can make confusion to many ppl,so u should hv cheked it bfr upload..thank u
Sir, if the reason for enlarged cardiac shadow on AP view is diverging x-ray beam, then entire thorax should appear enlarged and cardiothoracic ratio should remain same..??
Enlarged cardiac shadow in the AP view is because heart stays far from the cassette, whereas in PA , heart stays closer to the cassette. When something goes away from cassette, it looks enlarged
