Thank you for watching! They have bike racks downstairs in the parking lot near the lobby where most tenants keep their bikes locked up. We also saw many people keeping them in their balconies and the laundry room is quite large and could also hold bikes in there. Ours was just filled with boxes so you maybe can’t tell how large it actually is. Hope this helps

Welcome to Winnipeg! No there are no restrictions, so if your kids need to share one bedroom that is perfectly fine. If you would like separate rooms for them then you can look into 3 bedroom options as well up to you. You can compare the price between a 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom and then decide but there is no issue if your kids share a bedroom. Aww thank you you’re so sweet! This building is a little further from the university but the same company has other buildings all over Winnipeg so it would be best to check out there website. I know they have one property called Kildonan Heights which is about 10 minutes drive to university of Winnipeg. Here is a link to their site www.broadstreet.ca/

My husband was transferred here through his work hence we made the move. It’s actually quite nice, much more peaceful than Toronto. I’m still getting used to it as I’m still a big city girl at heart lol.

I’m not sure what condo prices in Winnipeg are like for purchasing as I’m still new to this city, but I have a better idea of what house prices are like here. But it could be because luxury condos have many facilities and perks and that is ultimately what you are paying for

No they are not furnished, everything is ours. If you are looking for furnished apartments my husband had rented a condo downtown Winnipeg they offer furnished and unfurnished apartments for rent. They are called the Fort Garry Apartments.

You would have to get your own internet connection but highspeed capability is there

This place is month to month rent so as long as you can pay your first and last month rent as well as your security deposit I think u should be able to rent on this building. You can also find nice basement apartments if u look on kijiji or join the newcomers to Winnipeg group in Facebook there are lots of people renting their units there
