Apartments in Marietta 😍😍 (#3 Shocked Me) 

I’ve lived in Marietta for 5 years now and I love it. This brings back I memories of when I was looking for my place. It’s so hard bc there is an apartment complex on every corner, lol. I love the community I chose . It’s quiet, clean , safe , it’s right off 75 and only 20 min to downtown. The office staff is amazing and the prices are reasonable. I moved to GA , not knowing anything about the area at all. I would visit my cousin who lived in Marietta when I would come down to look at places. I liked the vibe, so I chose there to settle. I moved to GA to act. Since being here , I’ve been in MacGyver, Black Lightning , filmed scenes with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence for Bad Boys for Life and worked on The Walking Dead right before Covid hit. Georgia is a great place to chase your dreams and make things happen. I haven’t regretted it one bit ! Great video too 👍🏽💯💯🎬🎭

I used to live at the Aldridge at Town Village when they were first built back in 2017. I lived in the same 2 BR floor plan (Maelor) as the model toured. I enjoyed my time there. Such great natural lighting in the unit. The pool was my favorite amenity.😍 Back then the one bedrooms started at $1100 and two bedrooms were going for $14-1500 Times have changed.

The market for housing is very tight now,I had to get an approved mlrgtage beore any real estate agents would even schedule a showing of any property

It’s hard to find an affordable apartment in the small towns too. They have to realize today’s prices are not what it was years ago go especially in a big city and the suburbs. Im looking to move to that area too and I don’t mind paying the prices because I rather pay that price in the suburbs or near the city than paying it in the middle of nowhere. I’m looking for a 2 bedroom/2 bath and I don’t like The Bentley layout. I like the ones that had the 2 bedrooms on opposite ends on the house with their own bathroom.

I’ve actually been looking for places around Atlanta, specifically Gwinnett County, and I’m just trying to get a good idea of what places would be good for me to tour, because I’ll probably only be able to come visit the area for tours no more than like 2 times before I move! So videos like this are really helping, since a lot of places want you to schedule a virtual tour, and I just need to be able to see places when I can right now

Are the only apartments in Marietta only in the East Cobb area? None in West Cobb or North Cobb. Don't care too much for South Cobb. Just personal preference, nothing against South Cobb.
