You're probably the best coach I've seen for apex. But I'd love to see you be less of a force in fights. Maybe make your presence known so you stay alive if it comes down to you. But letting your teammates do majority of the fighting so they get the first hand experience. This is only my take off of seeing your shorts. Great content!
That’s a good way of looking at it honestly. It makes the players he’s coaching actually do work, to get better. Like, maybe they take the initiative next time, just to see how they’d perform under those types of pressures. If they perform bad, District can point out what they did wrong and what they could’ve done, or done better. Or, if they perform good, he’ll inform them of what made them perform good, and why it worked, etc.
@@ethandaniel8123 but in that way it’s 3v2 making it harder to actually coach. It’s not about making them better in the moment more giving the new ideas to improve there game play. They have to improve on there own.
@@crazykiller-qh9jn You fail to understand my point. I’m not saying he should make them push a fight by themselves lol.. I’m saying he should let one of them take the INITIATIVE first, as opposed to him always taking the initiative to start the 3v3. I’m saying he should chill and play as support sometimes, while giving them pointers as they go to take initiative of a fight. I’m not saying he should stop the way he coaches, or shouldn’t give ideas to them, because he literally already does that. I’m simply agreeing with the guy who made the original comment. It gives District another way to coach, which puts the people he coaches to the tests. He can see firsthand the mistakes they make, in game, which is completely different from the firing range 1v1s. Also, I understand that it’s not about “making them better in the moment” lol. I never said, nor implied, that he shouldn’t give them ideas and only make them better in the moment. That last sentence of yours saying; “They have to improve on there own”, literally proves my point, and comment, exactly. The way they can improve on their own, is by letting them take initiative in some fights (not all). Meaning, let them push and shoot at the opposing team first, just to see how it plays out. If District sees his teammate(s) taking some damage, or seeing that one of them is in a bad position, that’s when he should push up and help them out. I’m not saying he should sit back and watch them do everything, and leave them to a 3v2 lol. I don’t even understand how you interpreted that from my comment, because it doesn’t even imply it.
That’s the hidden secret to coaching. All the tips and tricks are cool. High ground. Positions. But if you don’t have the AMAZING aim then it won’t work out for you. He could have lost that 1 v 1 to that Path and then they are all dead.
Those friends most likely just play the game for fun then and don’t care to improve. If your looking to get better it would be good for you to find a squad that wants to get better with you.
@@Masterfuron ya. Then once we lose a fight, my team hindsights EXACTLY what I suggested we shuda done. Lol. It's bittersweet since we lost, but they had to get that "post nut squad elim" to see what shuda been done
Don’t listen to them, thinking that way wins games and I tried to do the same with the randoms but they don’t listen and when we lose they blame it on me like what 😒
Thing is. When I play with randoms, I wanna take my time, do damage and heal before engaging again but my randoms want to run in half health, get knocked and then blame me for not helping 🤦🏽♂️
@@xecz I feel like you guys misunderstand what I’m saying. I am the one who wants to run in and finish a fight as fast as I can. I wanna be aggressive but not dumb. I use to be the sacrifice. I’d run in, try to kill two do damage to the other one or kill one and do damage to the other two and hope my teammates clean up which most of the times they don’t
If you ever feel dumb remember there are people out there paying courses to be decent in a game where they will most likely be overpowered by somebody that is just playing casually💀
I killed a masters player in control twice today they fried me like 11 times but your videos are really helpful especially not peaking too hard and getting that tic damage in before I full send. But these players are CRACKED. Its literally crazy how they play.
true!!! i had the exact same scenario, team was in this POI with a charge rifle. 2 of us were distracting them by shooting at them, and my Horizon teammate went to that same zipline.
This is why I main bang she’s so good in these situations where multiple teams are all cushioned up and not moving. Can smoke multiple angles can ugly people out of their positions and can get the fuck out if shit hits the fan plus since the assault class buff I’ve been enjoying her even more
Good communication and was a great way to break down the situation and give them opportunity to try and find the solution to help them understand better. Lots of coaches are impatient and don’t give their players time to process what they say or even break it down in terms for them to understand. Bless🙏🏼
we need more people like you i have quit apex so many times because i have no friends and all the radoms i get on my team are the biggest steaming pile of crap i have ever seen in my life
Dude I seriously need someone like you with me and my buddy to like slow our asses down and coach us through shit like this. It seems simple but this game is so fast paced sometimes you end up getting lost in the chaos
definitely seem like you can help new players. but as a 4x apex master watching this video and thinking “how can people not have common sense to just not push in the open” but then i think back to when i first started playing😂😭 keep doing good brotha n keep er goinnnn
Since it’s the last team I would imagine Bang ult in the middle to stop them from moving towards your zip then Smoke the side of the ship their on and hop on the zip.
My main question is how the hell do you stay so calm. Like I get it's a game and all but for some reason I always get a heavy adrenaline boost when I'm playing and it completely throws me off and makes me miss keys and buttons
That’s not true. In the heat of the moment, especially if you’re not used to making decisions under pressure it’s easy to miss “obvious” strats like this. It’s the same reason you’ll see people fight with no cover and complain about getting beamed. In the moment, it’s hard to see what you’re doing wrong sometimes. Doesn’t make uncoachable, just ignorant.
You are an amazing coach. I have really enjoyed your videos and hope you continue creating such great content. You have truly helped me become a better player and I look forward to seeing your videos.
This will work on most teams that don't really think. If that PF has any brain, he can grapple to the roof next to where you guys zip to and get at least 1-2 free beams. Aside from just being a better team overall, you wait for something to take their attention, like a tf nearby or another team firing at them.
Can we please get a settings video I have been trying my best to find the best settings fir me an it's not happening I don't feel comfortable on any sense that I try out I used to be a rely good player but I quit for my music just recently started again 😢
Honest to god thank you for helping my future random teammates out, half of them don’t even have common sense to ping anything that teammates need 🤣 they run past purple shields as teammate has white
u would do a play with wraiths ult and portal over if u get shot on the zipline you q and once u get over there end the portal there over there and u fight
Best coach for golds💀. You have a the following man, keep grinding and get involved in comp. Your limiting yourself to coaching at a low level with basic game knowledge. You have a good voice and confidence, use it for something bigger ( you have an opportunity others would die for)
Basic strat…That’s exactly why I set traps for dudes who like to go Gung-Ho like this. Gas traps strategically placed so soon as you got on that zip line you would’ve been finished.
Thsi is hilarious bc he’s an actual good coach like instead of j telling them he asks what they think and then gives what he thinks like a good coach bahah😂
You can't use grapple while using wraith ult and the portal has travel time and makes a lot of noise which would make your team an easy target when they arrive.
I thought this was the obvious way of thinking about these situations, there's literally no other way to think about it... 1 what resources do you have 2 how can you use it to your advantage
Hey thanks for reaching out! Coaching sessions start at $15 and you can save up to 25% when you book with a friend for a combined class. You can book a session here at my website thedistrict.pro OR metafy.com/@district
How it really goes down is ke telling me friend “yo let me cook” before I proceed to miss point blank shots and get no scoped by a kraber cross map and blame ping
It's crazy how many haters pop up in the comments. Saying this is common sense or blah blah blah. Meanwhile their KD is like 0.2 and they just run around hot dropping. Hoping to get a 2K badge. Very nice video sir!
