[Read description before commenting] He'll get you out of the country. Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Part 12 Turnabout Serenade Day 3 Trial Latter Stream: www.twitch.tv/slyzer Played by ZSlyzer Recorded using DeSmuME
Goodness. As a pianist, I'm logically hurting from that proof. All Machi Tobaye needed to press the switch was an elongated note at any point. To those unaware, the piano has a pedal, one of three, that can be pressed with your foot in order to lift the stoppers and keep a note's sound suspended without having to keep your fingers on the notes.
You could even play the entire song with one hand hahaha it's such a simple part, there are so much rests in this song that you could press the switch in almost any measure. But you know, the Judge and Apollo are not musicians so they had to make it more clear to present it as a proof, even in real life i think that you would have to explain like that.
KidSnivy96 Yeah, you have clearly severely misunderstood the entire point of this post. Literally no one mentioned sound quality, we're talking holding notes for slightly longer to give your hand time to move from side to side.
Also the idea that the piano part in the second verse had to be absolutely identical to the first verse... I'm not sure a great pianist would just copy and paste the entire part without any kind of musical development.
the logic in that being pointed out is so fucked like they SERIOUSLY underestimate machi,,, it's easy to keep playing while setting off the switch at the same time?? if you're experienced enough with the piano (and i'm assuming he is)
For all those wondering what reason Daryan was arrested, it's not that difficult, Justice explained how the incident was pulled off, but there was no proof that Daryan himself did it and so if Machi gave testimony against his partner, it would confirm Justice's entire case, including Daryan's motive, opportunity and the setup for Letouse's murder.
Teehee… When Daryan talked about Machi not having hands free, I, as a past pianist, laughed and simply said: "He could have used the peddles, pushing the igniter while working with one hand. Then he could've switched back to two hands. Hard, but not impossible."
+angel aura quartz (emmy) This would obvious to many from the start, but yeah. Even moreso when it was pointed out here, it was ludicrous from the start. Firing it once would mess him up, let alone twice.
Am I the only one that thought since we found the trigger under a piano key that pressing that key causes the igniter to ignite, because we could clearly tell it was under a key because our partner strummed her fingers across the keys and that’s how me found it in the first place
i thought that was going to be it, and honestly it may have even made more sense to be the reason in-game. much easier to notice the wrong key being pressed than a slight difference between verses (which could be explained by just wanting to switch up the composition).
What's wrong with it? It's just fine a name for a _fictional_ disease in a _G-rated_ product. It states beyond any doubt it has absolutely no connections to anything real.
Trucy: Where have you been lately? Phoenix: Fought some cat in an alleyway, lost, fell in some trash and woke up an hour ago, anyway imma head out! Smell ya later!
Dad!Phoenix strikes again. I really liked the thought of him and Lamiroir having a little talk on the side and him encouraging her to get an eye operation.
I recently finished this case in my replayal of the game, and this case is honestly not that bad. It's a very good case. It's just that Capcom executed the court segments and pacing inadequately.
The part with proving the shooting taking place in the second set had me in a pickle, constantly scrambling for whatever I could use under the assumption that Crescend was in the room with LeTous at the time. I only checked into the mixing board before presenting it as a means of desperation to find any clue, _anywhere_ and I pretty much had the OMG cat face when I realized the gunshot in Lamiroir’s singing.
Just a little fact here Machi will likely be found guilty of smuggling but he'll only be in prison for around 10 years and considering he's a minor the penalty will probably be way less harsh and considering the circumstances of the smuggling it'll probably be even less harsh so still about a year or so in juvie for Machi which isn't so bad.
8:04 Firecracker went off, but Daryan was on stage when the Firecracker went off! 15:00 "The kickback is enough to dislocate your shoulder." 17:42 Daryan Crescend’s Motive 18:01 A Replica Cocoon. 19:34 The Victim, Romein LeTouse, was an Interpol Agent. 21:42 A Deadly Poison can be extracted from The Cocoon. 23:36 An Untouched Guitar Case hid The Cocoon. 27:53 Daryan laughs. 28:33 Machi conspired with Daryan Crescend. 36:11 Listen to the piano part. 41:59 Daryan laughs. 46:00 Apollo Justice Pursuit! 48:00 Machi and Daryan are guilty of different crimes. 50:04 Machi Tobaye's Confession. 50:54 Machi Tobaye's takes his Glasses off. 51:50 Alls well that ends well.
I knew klavier would notice something about the piano the performance went flat and it didn't fit to the bar before it you would need and answering Rythmn if that makes sense

I should have probably been able to figure this out, but what could have Machi truly say to actually convict Daryan? Sure someone could say a few things, but anyone could tell the truth or be lying...so what could have been said that would be solid enough to lock up Daryan?
OH HELL NO!!! i'm trying this part at 38.50 min for more than half an hour now. then i watched your video and although i do the same thing like you, it doesn't work. what am i doing wrong? i can handle it when i don't find the evidence very soon or don't see the lie, but this is different. i don't know what to do anymore, please help
EveniaBlackTear hello did you ever find a solution to this? it is 6 am now and I've been on this since around 3 and I try and present like in the video and have tried everytjing.else and it isn't working
Well...instead of smuggle the cocoon out of borginian country...why not visit the country itself? I dont think borginian people still refuse to help if they directly saw chief son with incuritis disease... pretty sure the chief cant think properly lol
i know this comment is 3 years old but i think he is well aware, he just may not want to mess with her current life as lamiroir. after all, when we see him at the start of the case, he does say a “gramarye glamour” or something of the sort, is at the heart of the case. i think he either 100% knows its her and respects her enough to leave her be, or he thinks shes dead (as magnifi was blackmailing him and zak)
Seriously speaking, now, I've been stuck on this for a while. How the heck do I present the song? XD EDIT: I'm dumb... Press the number "1" and present...
You mean earlier or just now? It's partially on Lamorir's testimony, but also that Machi confessed what he was doing which shed light on Daryan's ruse.
49:37 I feel like the case is a sort-of statement on how stupid the “guilty until proven innocent” stuff can be and how desperate famous people are to throw things under-the-cover.
40:22 machi should've played some extra notes at the end there, like in the first verse, but as he was operating with the switch in another, he couldn't play that. this game is genius!
How long shouldn't I notice this! When Klavier is rocking in the court, he uses the wrong hand to play the air guitar, because people normally use the left hand to press the strings, not the right hand.
38:53 OHHHHH right after the gunshot, machi also made a small mistake, a mistake you can only do with your playing with one hand. wow, i noticed something! Thats a great achievement if it's me, bc my ass is tone deaf.
as a musician this specific case has sparked a different type of ignition, mainly rage from waiting the non musicians to finally hear the off putting in the audio recording. But all's well that ends well, I suppose (not for machi tho)
43:36 ohh i understand the weight of what he said back then. he has lost all faith in the system (unlike newbie attorney Apollo) and thus used willingly forged evidence in the first case to indict Kristoph. wow.
but there is no decisive evidence for machi tobaye to be the killer, either... what the hell are they on? they could just as well analyze the fingerprints on the 45 caliber revolver and see immediately who it would have been.
apollo. objection gavin. objection struming a guitar apollo. how the heck do you that gavin i have a guitar under me secret reveled me. what the heck gavin WHY gavin his werid and has a power to strum a guitar and i wish to cut that guys hair of the front
