Good morning mam, morning neenga pesaradhum samayal pannaradhu pakaradhum oru feast, as usual oru super recipe. All these recipes I learnt from your tv shows, I always do it. As I told before Bangalore college finish pannitu got married and came into a big joint family here in Chennai, your recipes have been a boon to me.
My dear Guru I am following your appam amd k.appam receipe by jaya TV show long back. You told to add two spoon ghee in k.appam batter. Still i am doing the same it came out very well. Thank u so much guru.
Welcome ma. I keep trying the same recipe in different methods so I would have added ghee that time.But unless I feel it's good I will not share so go ahead enjoy.

Good eve maam. Tks for the good receipe preparation. We hardly find sweet dosa being prepared and served at hotels these days - but yes, at home its a kind of traditional food and of course v nutritional too. It tastes even well, when the batter is mixed with cocunut water. And the dish appears v soft without soda being added. Appreciations to you maam. Many thanks. Rgds Jagannathan

Hi Ma’am, thanks for this recipe. This recipe says 3 idli rice and 1 raw rice ; whereas your other appam recipe says 2:2 for both rice and also addition of aval. 1. Which measurements to follow ? 2. Batter ( I used only 1/4 of all your measurements ) becomes hot while grinding in the BLENDER - therefore can I add ice water for grinding ?
