ABC JUICE
Ingredient:
3 medium red apples, washed
1 medium beetroot, washed
2 medium carrots, washed
2 inch ginger, washed and peeled
Black salt to taste
Few mint springs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 lemon slice for garnish
Method:
1. Roughly chopped carrots, red apples, beetroots and ginger set aside.
2. Pass carrots, apples, beetroot, ginger and mint, through a slow juicer.
3. Add black salt, lemon juice and stir well.
4. Pour juice in a serving glass and garnish with lemon slice
5. Serve
