People who surrounded Steve were clearly gems and went on start amazing ventures of their own. Shows the sort of charisma he really possessed!

The best thing about Steve, was his taste in people, the people he surrounded himself with truly defined how great he was. Tim is an example of that

Funny thing about that. You know he has been at Apple for 20ish years now?

One of the best things about Tim Cook is that when you listen to him as he speaks, you can clearly see how passionate he is, a key thing for being a good CEO

He became a billionaire by being a lifelong employee contrary to Startup-hustle BS

Steve Jobs knew how to design Apple products and market them, Tim Cook knew how to run Apple like a well oiled machine.

True, Tim was working behind the curtains for many years, but a very hard and important job... he saved a lot of money for Apple, made it faster and more efficient with the suppliers, the guy is like a computer himself:)

Notice his "Nike" reading glasses there? They're definitely partnering with Nike with their Smart Glasses, whatever it's gonna look like. I'm already calling it

When Apple had Steve, they made Insanely Great products. Now with Tim, they are making Good products. Apple Watch and Apple Vision Pro have not gotten the mass market appeal. Bulk of Apple's revenue comes from the iPhone, iPad and Mac which were creations of Steve. In addition, Steve transformed the Computer, Music, Book, Movie industries.

In what world was the Apple Watch not a successful product?

I wonder what the life of a CEO for a company like Apple is like. Does he brush he’s teeth in the morning? Does he contact he’s family? Is it a lonely existence? Is it only working all the time? Or is it a lot more leisure than we think?

That work was expected respected in his family is good, it’s myth that young teens / adults shouldn’t along with studies work part time, that discipline is character building also apart from financial independence from early age to learn how to navigate one’s financial life.

Excellent interview. Thank you. His calm and measured personality seems like it would complement very much the intensity of Steve Jobs’ personality. One of the reasons why they were so successful maybe as a team.

Similarities in hairstyle with Zuckerberg when Tim was young. Apple is lucky to have a great ceo after Steve Jobs. As manufacturing fan, Tim Cook should have released more hardware products like affordable SE version of Apple Vision for masses this year.

I had the full set of Think Different posters. Sent to me by Steve. They got stolen. Tim, keep up the company running. There's a lot of negativity, but we need north stars. And Apple delivers.

Tim is a far better CEO than Steve. Steve made amazing products but treated colleagues awfully!
